Who needs Hollywood? While most celebrities are in Los Angeles, still hung over from Oscars afterparties, Chris Hemsworth is in Byron Bay, Australia. The Thor star is enjoying a coastal holiday with his family - his wife, Spanish model Elsa Pataky, and their children, five-year-old daughter India Rose and twin three-year-old sons, Tristan and Sasha.

On Instagram, Chris is sharing adorable photos and videos with his 14.5 million followers. "Amazing camping trip!" he writes in one caption. "No place I'd rather be!" In one photo, the Marvel superhero runs the grill, while his wife helps the kids roast marshmallows. And in one video, he plays jump rope with his kids, showing off his erratic skipping skills. "It’s a true art and an original style I’ve developed, years of dedication," jokes the actor, adding the hashtag "#worldskippingchamps."

But the highlight of the family vacation is the father-daughter surfing lesson. Byron Bay is a mecca for surfers, so Chris took India out to catch some waves. In the first video, he helps her into position, and she rides the wave to the beach perfectly, standing up to hang ten like a true pro. "This sport’s too easy dad," writes Chris. "I’m just gonna take this one into the beach, peace ✌"

In the second video, Chris and India walk out to the ocean for a second round. But this time, she rides on his back while he surfs, proving once and for all, he's the coolest dad. Everybody gets piggybacks from their parents, but how often do you get one on a surfboard?

In the caption, Chris jokes that his five-year-old daughter is coaching him:

"Day two with my surf coach, she’s like a little angel on my shoulder constantly feeding me knowledge and inspiration and occasionally heavy handed criticism that borders on abuse but I know it’s for my own good (joke) Thank you coach Indi you’re the greatest, love u"

In the comments, Chris' fans raved about the home videos. "Cutest thing I've ever seen," wrote one follower. Another person gushed,"Hats off to coach Indi! Super dad! Many of us can't surf and you piggyback surf." A third comment read, "Love how you enjoy your family. And wise moving away from Hollywood and letting them grow with some normalcy." (I don't know if I would call Australia "normal," but yeah, it looks like wholesome family time.)

Well, it looks like Thor just raised the bar. All you fathers out there are going to have set some new #DadGoals. Is there any way to get adopted into the Hemsworth family? This looks way more fun than my family vacations. All I remember is staying in a Holiday Inn in Bemidji, Minnesota, and my parents yelling at each other. Ah, memories.
