The 90th Academy Awards were full of memorable moments, from Frances McDormand's rousing acceptance speech to Helen Mirren modeling a jet ski to everyone trying to avoid Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. But on a night full of spectacle in a room full of stars, Jennifer Garner managed to totally steal the show.

During the ceremony, the Alias star was seen clapping along with everyone else, when all of a sudden, she seemed to have an epiphany. She stopped clapping and gazed off into space, with an expression of dawning horror, her mouth agape, as if her mind was blown by earth-shattering revelations. On Twitter, writer Bobby Finger captured the moment, writing "What realization did Jennifer Garner just come to?"

The Twitter-verse spun into a frenzy, as users tried to guess what the actress was contemplating. Some people thought it was something mundane, like forgetting to unthaw the chicken, or leaving the oven on.

One person joked that she just discovered what an "inclusion rider" was. (When Frances McDormand won the Oscar for Best Actress, she ended her acceptance speech by saying "two words: inclusion rider." An inclusion rider is a stipulation that actors can ask to be put in their contract that requires diversity in the movie's cast and crew.)

One person thought she was channeling another epiphany GIF, creating the perfect eGIFany.

Maybe she got her days mixed up, and realized she still has the whole week ahead of her. We've all been there. Or maybe she was tripping out on the concept of time, in general. Time zones are pretty trippy. Did you know that when you fly from New Zealand to Hawaii, sometimes you arrive at an earlier time than you left? That's time travel, man.

And finally, some users poked fun at Jennifer Garner's commercials for the Capital One Venture card. You gotta get those benefits.

I imagine it won't be too long before Jennifer Garner makes an appearance on one of the late night talk shows to reveal to reveal her epiphany. Until then, we'll just have to keep speculating:

"I should make 13 Going on 30 2: 15 Going on 50"

"Darth Vader...is Luke Skywalker's father?!"

"I should get back together with Ben Affleck."

"How do we know our memories are real?"

"Will Young Thug ever become Middle-Aged Thug?"

"Oh no. I'm turning into a meme."

"Holy crap. Donald Trump is right...about everything!"

While actors expect to get notoriety for their work on screen, they probably never expect to become memes, just from sitting in the audience at an awards show. But she should consider it a compliment, as the clip's popularity is all a testament to her wonderfully expressive face. The Oscar for Best Meme goes to Jennifer and the competition wasn't even close.
