Bam Margera has issued an alarming and shocking threat to his ex-wife in regard to their shared son.
The 43-year-old former Jackass star's ex-wife, Nicole Boyd, filed for divorce this February citing irreconcilable differences and asked the court to award her $15,000 a month child support, as well as legal and physical custody of their child.
As they share a son called Phoenix, the embattled former reality TV star claimed in an explosive rant shared on social media - which has been obtained by TMZ - claiming that Boyd has cut off his contact with their son over the past two months.
In the alarming footage, Margera claimed that his family and estranged wife are "driving" him to drink.
According to the outlet, the professional skateboarder said: "This is an official message to anybody that cares about me whatsoever. I haven't seen Phoenix in two f****** months and I am so f****** fed up."
"I cry every day, I miss him so much and I know I have to wake up every day knowing that I probably won't get to talk to him or see him," he continued.
He said that his former wife, his mom, and his "pep-talking dad who tells me nothing" drive him to drink. He also added a heartbreaking threat: "I am going to smoke cr**k with the bums down at the boardwalk until I am dead or unless you deliver me f****** Phoenix. So get to work Nicki or anybody that wants to help. I want Phoenix."
While Boyd didn't outright respond to his rant, her attorney, David Glass has hit back at the accusations that she or anyone else is causing Margera to consume alcohol or take illegal substances.
"Unfortunately, that’s not how the addictions work. People’s behavior does not drive others to drink. This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in his past addiction treatment," Glass told the outlet.
"You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Nikki sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his own good, and for the good of their son," he added.
The Daily Mail reported that Boyd would be happy for Margera to see their son, but only under the condition that he completes rehab for drug and alcohol issues.
Meanwhile, Margera's legal team has stated that it is "completely unreasonable" that the stuntman's ex-wife didn't pick up the FaceTime or phone calls he has made.
The publication noted that the last time Margera saw Pheonix was on March 29 during an in-person visit to California. However, it didn't go well as he ended up arguing with Boyd inside a restaurant over time spent with the child.
He contended that "Phoenix has his own mind. Let him have his own mind!" and later on, was subsequently arrested in connection with public intoxication in the wake of the incident, per the outlet.
