Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's 15-year-old child has revealed their new name.

Garner and Affleck were married from 2005 to 2018 - a time now-bookended by the Batman star's previous and current relationship with singer Jennifer Lopez.

Together, they welcomed three children - 18-year-old Violet, 12-year-old Samuel, and their 15-year-old middle child, who has now introduced themselves by their new name.

The teen recently appeared at a memorial service for Jennifer's father last weekend.

The service, which honored the life of William Garner, took place at Christ Church United Methodist in Charleston, West Virginia on Saturday (April 6).

Wearing a black pantsuit and sporting a buzz-cut hairstyle, the teenager took to the podium and announced: "Hello my name is Fin Affleck." Watch the moment below:

Fin then proceeded to read Chapter 16, Verse 8 from the Book of Proverbs: "Better is a little with righteousness, than a large income with injustice."

The memorial service was streamed live on Facebook and marks the first time Fin has personally introduced themselves in a public setting with their new name. However, it is not the first time the name has been linked with the teen.

A few days prior, Fin was photographed hugging mom Jennifer goodbye at a bus stop in Los Angeles - and the letters 'Fin' could be seen embroidered on their backpack.

Not too much is known about Fin, as they stay relatively quiet on social media. However, the Daily Mail reports that they have formed a close bond with their step-sibling, Emme Maribel Muñiz.

Emme - who is the 16-year-old child of Lopez and Marc Anthony - uses gender-neutral pronouns and the two teens were last seen together back in February.

Garner, 51, announced that her father had passed away at the age of 85 in an emotional Instagram post on April 1.

She wrote to her followers: "My dad passed peacefully Saturday afternoon. We were with him, singing Amazing Grace as he left us (did we carry him across or scare him away— valid question.) While there is no tragedy in the death of an 85 year old man who lived a healthy, wonderful life, I know grief is unavoidable, waiting around unexpected corners."

The Adam Project star continued: "Today is for gratitude.

"We are grateful for Dad’s gentle demeanor and quiet strength. For how he teased with a mischievous smile, and for the way he invented the role of all in, ever patient girl dad. We are grateful for his work ethic, leadership and faith."

Garner went on to thank the medical communities of Charleston Area Medical Center and City of Hope, who cared for her father, and who she credits with "extending his life".

Our thoughts continue to go out to the Garner family at this time.
