The news outlet has reported that the rapper also plans to put the WAP logo on clothing, headwear, footwear, athletic bags, purses, and jewelry.
The trademark has reportedly also been applied for use on marketing spirits, beer, sports drinks, soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, and more.
These items could be added to the merchandise that is already available on Cardi B's WapStore.
The water-themed merchandise currently includes umbrellas, raincoats, and spandex bras, along with a biker shorts set, a sweater, cropped t-shirts, and more.
The WAP raincoat which is currently retailing for $125 (£95) is available in black, purple, or white and has the ‘WAP’ slogan across the front along with an XXX and 18+ warning on each arm.
Meanwhile, the WAP umbrella, available in black or purple, retails for $25 (£19).
News of the trademark comes after a tumultuous time in the rapper's personal life, having recently filed for divorce from her husband Offset.
However, the rapper recently revealed that she has 'not shed not one tear' since filing for divorce.
In an extended video posted to her 75 million Instagram followers, the “WAP” singer revealed how, though she was grateful for the outpouring of support she had received from fans, she was in a good place following the split.

As 27-year-old Cardi explained to her supporters:
"I want to say thank you so much. However, like, I don't really need it.
"I'm okay. I want to let you know I have not shed not one tear."

The rapper also went into greater detail than ever before on the reasons behind the couple’s split, refuting claims that Offset was expecting a child with another woman. As Cardi put it:
"This time, I wasn't crying. Wanna know why? The reason my divorce is not because of none of that s— that ever happened before. It's not because [of] the cheating."

Cardi continued:
"I'm seeing people [saying] 'Oh, he has a baby on the way.' That's a whole f****** complete lie. No, that's bull****.
"I just got tired of f****** arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. When you feel like it's not the same anymore, before you actually get cheated on, I rather just be... you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm tired of people."

"I don't do stunts. I don't need stunts and I don't need any stunts that comes to family to sell anything. I don't understand why people want [the] reason for the divorce to be something so, so bad.
"Nothing crazy out of this world happened. Sometimes people really do f****** grow apart. I've been with this man for four years. I have a kid with this man.
"You just get tired of the arguments and the buildup. You get tired sometimes. And before something bad happens, before you get left, before you get cheated on, you sometimes you just want to leave. What is so bad about that?"
The couple share a two-year-old daughter, Kulture Kiari and were together on and off since 2017.
