It's hard to believe but the royal wedding of the century — that of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge — took place a whole 10 years ago!
As Kate Middleton and Prince William celebrate their tin anniversary, we take a look back at their wedding, which was held on April 29th, 2011, at Westminister Abbey in London.
The nuptials were attended by the likes of Elton John, Victoria and David Beckham, as well as Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy. On the big day, Kate opted for an Alexander McQueen by way of a Sarah Burton gown, before she changed into a satin strapless dress for their intimate wedding reception at Clarence House.
Prior to his wedding, the Duke of Cambridge announced that his younger brother, Prince Harry, would be his best man. His decision was a break in royal protocol as those who accompany the groom on their wedding day are typically known as "supporters". At the time, ABC News reported that William opted for the term as it "had more relevance to his life than the alternative".
