Amber Heard has given fans a rare glimpse into her life in Spain after sharing photos from a 10K race she completed in Madrid.
The 40-year-old actress, who relocated from the United States in 2022, has largely stayed out of the spotlight in recent years.
On Sunday (June 21), Heard took to Instagram to share a photo of herself smiling after completing the KLM Norte Sur race.
In the image, the Aquaman actress can be seen posing in a pink sports bra and matching jogging shorts following the event.
"First race glow," she captioned the post.
The actress also uploaded two additional photos to her Instagram Stories.
One showed Heard smiling into the camera in a race-day selfie, while another captured a sweet moment with her eldest daughter, Oonagh, after crossing the finish line.
Heard, who is also mother to 12-month-old twins Agnes and Ocean, could be seen cradling her five-year-old daughter in the image.
"Nothing beats this feeling," she penned in pink lettering across the photo.
Since moving to Spain, the Rum Diary star has been frequently spotted jogging around the capital city and has embraced a more private lifestyle away from Hollywood.
The actress has previously opened up about her love of running, sharing in 2018: "I like running because it's a way for me to alleviate stress, clear my mind, and refocus.
"Plus I can do it anywhere. I travel so much that it's invaluable to me to have something that keeps me healthy and feeling good no matter where I am," she added.
Heard has also been open about taking a balanced approach to fitness rather than chasing unrealistic goals.
"If you're not going to enjoy life, there's no point in eating a certain way and working out and doing all the things actors do to manipulate how we look - and how the world looks at us," she explained. "When I'm not preparing for a movie, I have more freedom, and I incorporate my workout into my life, so that I enjoy it and it doesn't feel like an obligation."
The Drive Angry star has stayed largely off the radar since the conclusion of her explosive defamation trial with Johnny Depp, which played out in the public eye over several years.
The former couple’s highly publicized legal battle began in 2019, after Heard published a 2018 op-ed in The Washington Post in which she claimed to be a survivor of domestic abuse.
Although the 63-year-old was not named in the article, he later filed a defamation lawsuit, arguing the piece falsely implied that he had "perpetrated domestic violence against her" - claims he described as "categorically and demonstrably false," according to The Independent.
Heard then countersued for $100 million, further intensifying the media frenzy surrounding the trial.
In 2022, a jury awarded the Pirates of the Caribbean star $10.35 million in damages after ruling in favor of his claim, while Heard received $2 million after winning one of her three counterclaims.

Amber Heard has reportedly left her acting career in Hollywood behind and relocated to Spain.
After a tumultuous few years in the public eye, the 37-year-old Aquaman actress has moved to Madrid with her young daughter Oonagh Paige Heard, according to a source.
The insider has claimed to the Daily Mail that they are a friend of Heard and shared that the actress - who is bilingual in Spanish - is content to raise her two-year-old away from the Los Angeles noise.
The friend also told the publication that the Never Back Down star may one day return to her old home in Tinseltown, explaining: "I don’t think she is in any hurry to return to work or to Hollywood, but she will probably come back when the time is right, for the right project," per the report.
While representatives for Heard have not confirmed the rumor, the actress notably sold her home in Yucca Valley, California in July 2022 for $1.1 million - nearly double what she initially paid for it.
Since then, the Rum Diary star has spent plenty of time in the European country as last year she was pictured on the beaches of Palma de Mallorca. She was also snapped playing with her daughter - whom she welcomed via her surrogate in July 2021 - at a children's park during her Spanish vacation.
According to a previous report from the outlet, locals in the small village where the mom of one was spotted described her as being "very polite" and that she "doesn't bother anyone".

In June, a Virginia jury largely sided with the 59-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star and found that his ex-wife had defamed him on three counts in her 2018 op-ed for The Washington Post - where she described herself as a victim of domestic abuse.
Despite not naming her ex-husband in her article, the turbulent case concluded with the Fantastic Beasts star being awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages, while Heard was granted $2 million in compensatory damages, but no punitive damages.
The actress filed an appeal last December, but the former couple recently came to an agreement that Heard would pay $1 million in order to settle the case.
In her Instagram statement, she explained to her 5.2 million followers: "After a great deal of deliberation I have made a very difficult decision to settle the defamation case brought against me by my ex-husband in Virginia."
"It's important for me to say that I never chose this. I defended my truth and in doing so my life as I knew it was destroyed. The vilification I have faced on social media is an amplified version of the ways in which women are re-victimised when they come forward [...] I have made no admission. This is not an act of concession. There are no restrictions or gags with respect to my voice moving forward," she added.
The Rum Diary star continued: "I make this decision having lost faith in the American legal system, where my unprotected testimony served as entertainment and social media fodder [...] time is precious and I was to spend my time productively and purposefully."

Nearly three years after their explosive court battle captured headlines around the world, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have taken drastically different paths.
While Depp, 61, is reasserting his presence in Hollywood, 39-year-old Heard has opted for privacy and a quiet life abroad.
On Mother’s Day 2025, the Aquaman actress shared the life-changing news via Instagram, revealing she had welcomed twins.
“Mother’s Day 2025 will be one I’ll never forget. This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I’ve strived to build for years,” she wrote.
“Today I officially share the news that I welcomed twins into the Heard gang. My daughter Agnes and my son Ocean are keeping my hands (and my heart) full,” she continued.
“When I had my first baby girl Oonagh four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn’t possibly burst with more joy. Well, now I am bursting times three!!!
“Becoming a mother by myself and on my own terms despite my own fertility challenges has been the most humbling experience of my life. I am eternally grateful that I was able to choose this responsibly and thoughtfully.
“To all the moms, wherever you are today and however you got here, my dream family and I are celebrating with you. Love always, A x”
Since her highly publicized defamation trial with Depp, Heard has largely disappeared from the limelight.
Heard initially relocated to Mallorca, Spain, living under a pseudonym, and later moved to Madrid, where she now resides full time.
A source told PEOPLE in 2022: "She is focused on raising her daughter. She spends every day with her girl. They stroll around, visit parks and enjoy family time. Amber is a great mom."
Now, with the arrival of twins Agnes and Ocean, that family has grown even more.
Her rep confirmed to the publication that she was expecting her second child late last year, stating: “It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage. Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige.”
In a TikTok video taken in Spain, Heard told reporters she “loves living” in the country—and it’s clear the feeling is mutual.
A source told the MailOnline: “She lives here and I often see her walking her daughter to school in the mornings. She wears a cap and sunglasses and normal clothes and keeps a low profile.”
“She lives here in peace, this is a neighbourhood filled with famous people, including football players, but no one bothers each other, I think that's why she likes it - she has completely integrated into the community.”
Despite her serene surroundings, sources close to Heard say her move to Spain wasn’t purely for a change of scenery.
One insider told Grazia: “Her isolation from the world in which she used to inhabit is quite jarring when you consider she’s taken that step back because of the trauma and distress her marriage, the divorce and the ensuing legal drama has caused her.”
“Amber was once an A-list star, and this has all taken a lot out of her, to the point where she has lost passion for living that Hollywood life.”

Amber Heard has confirmed she's staying in Madrid during her first Spanish-speaking interview.
Earlier this year, it was reported that the 37-year-old actress had left her acting career in Hollywood behind and relocated to Spain with her daughter, Oonagh Paige Heard. A friend of Heard told the Daily Mail that the actress - who is bilingual in Spanish - is content to raise her two-year-old away from the Los Angeles noise.
In fact, a recent TikTok video has shown Spanish reporters asking the actress questions outside her home, with Heard responding to them in perfect Spanish. The Rum Diary actress was asked how she is finding her new life in Madrid, to which she responds: "I love Spain so much."
She is then asked if she will stay, and she replies that she hopes to as she "loves living here." Heard is also asked if she has any upcoming film projects, which she confirms, before saying goodbye and heading into the property.
While representatives for Heard have not confirmed that she is living in Spain long-term, the actress did sell her home in Yucca Valley, California in July 2022 for $1.1 million - almost twice the amount she originally paid for it.
Since then, the Zombieland actress has spent a lot of time in the European country, as last year she was pictured on the beaches of Palma de Mallorca.
The actress' recent Spanish interview comes a year after her highly-publicized defamation lawsuit with ex-husband Johnny Depp. In June 2022, a Virginia jury largely sided with the 59-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star and found that his ex-wife had defamed him on three counts in her 2018 op-ed for The Washington Post - where she described herself as a victim of domestic abuse.

In her Instagram statement, she explained to her 5.2 million followers: "After a great deal of deliberation I have made a very difficult decision to settle the defamation case brought against me by my ex-husband in Virginia."
Heard finished the statement by saying: "I make this decision having lost faith in the American legal system, where my unprotected testimony served as entertainment and social media fodder [...] time is precious and I was to spend my time productively and purposefully."
Congratulations are in order for Amber Heard, who is expecting her second baby.
The Aquaman actress, 38, is already a mother to a three-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Oonagh Paige, who will soon become a big sister.
News of the pregnancy was revealed by Amber's representative, who told People: "It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage.
"Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige."
Amber welcomed Oonagh on April 8, 2021, and shared the news of her daughter's birth three months after she was born.
She told her followers on Instagram that she had "decided I wanted to have a child" four years prior and "wanted to do it on my own terms".
Amber added at the time: "I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way.
"I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib."
Amber has kept her followers updated with sporadic posts about Oonagh, keeping her daughter largely out of the limelight and calling herself "just the mom and the dad".
The actress had previously been married to Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp, however, their relationship ended with a much-publicized court case.
Johnny had sued Amber for defamation in a live-streamed trial in Virginia over the summer of 2022, with the jury deciding in his favor.
The case had come about after Amber had written an article about being the victim of abuse, and though she hadn't named her ex specifically, Johnny's camp had argued it was implied that her claims were about him.
Following the contentious legal battle, Amber later moved overseas to Madrid, Spain, where she now lives a quieter life outside of Hollywood.
After the trial, she told NBC News's Savannah Guthrie in June 2022 that she was looking forward to focusing on her family, adding: "I get to be a mom, like, full time, you know? Where I'm not having to juggle calls with lawyers."
Sources told the outlet that her decision to move to Spain was because she found the scrutiny around the trial "overwhelming", explaining: "The trial was beyond stressful, and she wanted to start fresh."
They added that Amber "has new energy and is focused on things that she loves," while another source commented: "She’s independent and smart. She needs to heal."
Congratulations to Amber!

Amber Heard has spoken out over the news that ex-husband Johnny Depp has arrived in Spain - the country that she now calls home.
Of course, the news comes a little over two years after Depp, now 61, emerged victorious in their very public defamation case that stemmed from Heard's 2018 op-ed for The Washington Post - where she described herself as a victim of domestic abuse.
Despite initially being awarded $15 million by the courts, the former couple came to an agreement that Heard would only pay $1 million in order to settle the case.
Following the trial, the Daily Mail revealed that Heard, now 38, has moved to the Spanish city of Madrid and is content to raise her two-year-old daughter away from the Los Angeles noise.
The actress - who is bilingual in Spanish - told reporters in 2023 that she "loves Spain so much" and is happy to have made a home there with daughter Oonagh Paige Heard.
In fact, local outlet El Diario de Mallorca has even reported that the Aquaman actress has supposedly changed her name in search for privacy, and is now going by Martha Jane Cannary - the real name of legendary gunslinger Calamity Jane.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star is now believed to be arriving in San Sebastian today (September 24), to promote his latest offering, Modi, at the film festival.
When asked about her ex-husband's arrival in Spain, Heard reportedly replied: "I'm living here in Madrid, I love Spain.
"I'm very lucky to be here, and regarding my past, I don't feel like thinking or talking about it, because I'm happy and in peace."
"She is focused on raising her daughter," a source previously told PEOPLE in 2022 regarding Heard's decision to remain in Spain. "She spends every day with her girl. They stroll around, visit parks and enjoy family time. Amber is a great mom."
Additionally, Depp has also moved on peacefully following their high-profile court case, with a a source telling US Weekly that the actor spends a lot of his time in the England capital of London.
"Johnny is in a good place," the source said. "He really feels at home in London. He’s happy and busy. There’s been a weight lifted."
In her Instagram statement following the couple's settlement, Heard explained that she never "chose" the outcome of her relationship with Depp, explaining: "After a great deal of deliberation I have made a very difficult decision to settle the defamation case brought against me by my ex-husband in Virginia."
Heard and Depp first met back in 2009, and would go on to tie the knot in 2015.
Their marriage lasted two years, with the couple eventually divorcing in 2017.
