Ariana DeBose and Bella Ramsey have restored peace within the entertainment industry after their beef was ignited at the Critics' Choice Awards.

It all kicked off on Sunday night at the 29th installment of the fan-led award show which took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

The Last Of Us actor Bella Ramsey took to the stage alongside Anthony Ramos to present the award for the Best Song category where Ariana DeBose's 'This Wish' track (written by Julia Michaels) from Disney’s Wish was going up against the likes of Barbie's 'Dance The Night' and 'I’m Just Ken' as well as 'What Was I Made For.'

The Super Mario Bros. Movie song 'Peaches,' sung by Jack Black was also nominated in the category and so was Lenny Kravitz’s 'Road to Freedom' from Rustin.

However, right before the winner was set to be announced, Ramsey, who goes by the pronouns she/her or they/them, referred to DeBose as well as Black, and Gosling, as "actors who also think that they are singers."

Ouch.

Clearly, DeBose was just as unimpressed as the camera panned to her icy expression before she laughed off the entire thing.

Watch the moment below:

However, the internet was not as forgiving to the 20-year-old that made the joke.

"If that was supposed to be a joke why did Bella Ramsey deliver it and not Anthony Ramos WHO SAW ARIANA SLAY NIGHTLY?? If he said it, we would have known it was a joke," wrote one user while another added:"It's absolutely f****** hysterical to me that they put Anthony Ramos on stage at the Critic's Choice awards and made Bella Ramsey make a joke about how Ariana DeBose is an "actor that thinks she can sing." Motherf***** she was in Hamilton with him, how *dare* you."

"As if she didn’t win an actual f****** OSCAR for being in a musical. No hate to Bella Ramsey, but whoever is writing their jokes needs to be FIRED," added a third.

Later on, DeBose even took to her Instagram Stories to re-comfirm that she did not find the joke funny, and also added "lol" at the end of the message.

Don't worry though guys, peace has now been restored between the two fandoms as a new photo of the pair hugging it out at the Emmys has gone viral online.

Under the photo, which was reposted to X by the popular news account Pop Base, fans were loving the interaction after such a heated feud being ignited the day before.

"It's truly a beautiful gesture after that unsuitable joke," commented one user.

"Glad it’s squashed," another X-user added.

At least that's over and done with now!
