Pop princess Ariana Grande has slammed "degrading" TikTok users who continue to impersonate her on the social media platform.

Ariana takes down her ponytail and shows off her naturally curly hair:

A quick search on TikTok will show you that the '7 Rings' singer is frequently mimicked by users, who copy her iconic high ponytail, makeup style, and even imitated her character's voice from Victorious.

In fact, 14-year-old TikTok star Paige Niemann has amassed six million followers and even more views on the social media platform thanks to her pretty spot-on impersonations of the singer.

But it looks like Grande has had enough, so would the real Ariana please stand up.

On Thursday, Ariana shared a video from filmmaker Jordan Firstman to her Instagram Stories, which showed him joking around and doing his impression of a meme.

In the video, Firstman says:

"What if we, like, we took a moment, like a small clip from a movie or a TV show — something that, like, an artist really poured their soul into and it, like, it just took them years to make, and it was an uphill battle the entire time — what if we took a moment from that and we kind of, like, recontextualized it? Like, does that make sense? And we put a completely arbitrary meaning onto that thing that the artist loves so much? Kind of, like, degrading its entire value?"

Jordan ends the video by saying: "I just think that could be, like, a fun, bitchy thing to do. I'm so bored... I just kind of wanna ruin someone's life today."

The filmmaker's words clearly resonated with Grande, who shared the video in a now-deleted Story, along with the written caption:

"Can this please also double as your impression of the pony tail TikTok girls who think doing the Cat Valentine voice and that wearing winged eyeliner and a sweatshirt is doing a good impersonation of me...

"Cause this really how it feels."

However, Paige Niemann has since hit out at Ariana's response. Per Buzzfeed, Niemann said during a recent live-stream: "I'm used to Ariana shading me, so it's whatever. I'm just here to entertain people. It's not how I am in real life. It's kind of why I'm not a fan of her anymore, honestly."

And Niemann is right - this is not the first time Ariana has come for her. In a tweet last year, Ariana questioned why Niemann felt the need to use the Cat Valentine voice.

She wrote: "i just wonder whyyyy the [Cat] voice / dialogue. Loudly crying face i am sure she is the sweetest sweet sweetheart forreal !! but it’s definitley bizarre seeing people blend the two worlds lmao."
