Ashley St. Clair has publicly slammed Elon Musk admist the reports that they share a child together.
St. Clair, 26, made headlines last week after claiming that Musk is the father of her child, born in secret in September 2024.

She is now seeking to establish paternity and obtain sole custody through a legal case in Manhattan.
As part of her paternity lawsuit, St. Clair has submitted multiple exhibits to the Manhattan Supreme Court, including alleged private Signal messages with Musk that she claims confirm their relationship.
One exchange allegedly shows Musk—identified as “EM”—telling St. Clair: “I want to knock you up again.”
In another exhibit, St. Clair is seen requesting an in-person meeting, citing difficulties communicating through intermediaries. Musk’s alleged response: “Hmm ok. Well, I do have a legion of kids to make.”

A key piece of evidence in the court filings includes a photo of Musk holding the child, cradling the baby in one hand while using his phone in the other.
In her lawsuit, St. Clair alleges that Musk first met their child on September 21, 2024, in New York City, spending two hours with him.
He reportedly saw the child again the following day for one hour and then for the final time on Nov. 30 in Austin, Texas, for 30 minutes.
St. Clair claims she and Musk began a “romantic relationship” in May 2023 and conceived the child in January 2024.
Musk, who has not publicly acknowledged St. Clair’s child as his own, responded to the allegations with a brief comment on X: “Whoa.”

This is not the first time Musk has used the reaction in response to the controversy.
When an X user recently claimed: “Ashley St. Clair plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk,” Musk again replied with: “Whoa!”
St. Clair was quick to fire back, demanding that Musk address her directly.
“Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?” she wrote.
A representative for St. Clair told PEOPLE on Tuesday, February 25, that the case is not financially motivated.
"This has never been about money for Ashley," the representative stated. "This is about protecting the best interests of Ashley and Elon’s child from a man who can’t be counted on to even communicate, much less act consistently in the role of a father."

The statement continued: "Mr. Musk spends more time on his own social media platform talking about his children’s mothers than talking to them. We tried to handle this collaboratively with Mr. Musk, but it takes both a father and a mother to do that, and he refused all conversations."
St. Clair's representative reiterated her position in a statement to PEOPLE on February 21.
“Ashley St. Clair has filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child. She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comment on the contents of the petitions, which speak for themselves.”
If St. Clair’s claims are confirmed, this would be Musk’s 13th child.
Musk’s known children include:
- Twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian with his first wife, Justine Wilson. The couple also had a son, Nevada Alexander, who passed away as an infant.
- Three children with musician Grimes: X Æ A-Xii (X), Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus.
- Twins Strider and Azure, as well as a third unnamed son, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
