Bhad Bhabie shares devastating update amid cancer battle: 'Bad news from my doctor'
Bhad Bhabie has shared a heartbreaking update amid her ongoing battle with cancer, revealing she'd received "bad news" from her doctor this week.
The rapper, 22, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, took to X (formerly Twitter), to share an update with fans.
She wrote: "Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer."
Bhad Bhabie did not elaborate further on what the news was, but her fans quickly rallied around her to show support.
They wrote: "Danielle, through all the hard times, we’re here for you, always! Hope you’re doing well—God won’t fail you, that’s for sure. Take all the time you need, no rush. Sending every blessing to you and your family, so much love."
Others added: "love you dani stay strong girl," and: "I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Sending you strength, love, and prayers. You’re right — God has the final word. Keep fighting."
The mom of one first announced she had been diagnosed with cancer in November 2024 after receiving unsolicited comments about her appearance.
She wrote at the time: "I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I’m slowly gaining back. So, stop running [with] the worst narratives.”
Bhad Bhabie has never shared further details on her diagnosis, but a source close to the family told TMZ at the time that she did have cancer and was being treated by doctors.
Before making a name for herself in music, Bhad Bhabie found fame in 2016 with a controversial appearance on the Dr Phil show during a segment titled 'I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime.'
The then-teenage Danielle went viral after threatening the audience: "Catch me outside, that’s what I always do and they never catch me. Ain’t nobody gonna catch me. Cash me outside, how ‘bout dat.”
This moment made her become known as the Cash Me Outside Girl, and she used the notoriety to launch her music career.
She told Basic magazine in 2023: "I’ve always loved music. When I first started, I didn’t really have the confidence and didn’t think I could actually do it.
"I was working with a lot of cowriters, but now, I do most of the writing by myself. I’ve definitely evolved. I’ve always loved music and rapping, so making it a profession came naturally to me."
Bhad Bhabie also made a lucrative career out of OnlyFans after turning 18, and went on to become a mother at 20 years old, welcoming her daughter Kali Love with her ex-boyfriend Le Vaughn in March 2024.
She told Paper magazine a month before giving birth: "I feel very ready to be a mom. I’m so excited to do all of the little ‘mom and daughter’ things together. I can’t wait to dress her up, take her shopping, spend 1-on-1 time and travel all over. Just the simple things.”
In May 2025, Bhad Bhabie said on a podcast: "The things that make me happy are just being a mom. I just like watching her do things."
She also joked that Kali "has my attitude".
