It's certainly no secret that Britney Spears has an incredible body - but even an all-singing, all dancing superstar wants to get a little more into shape from time to time.
Yesterday, the Baby One More Time songstress took to social media to give fans a peek of the exact foods she eats to keep those pounds off.
Watch Britney show off those stunning abs in a workout video she filmed shortly after slamming the paparazzi for "editing her pictures":Flashing her toned stomach in a white floral crop top in a video on Instagram, the 37-year-old talked to the camera, saying: "Okay, so I just lost the 4 pounds that I’ve been wanting to lose, but now these are the fruits and vegetables that I eat to keep it all off."
A picture then showed an extensive chart that offered advice on what food groups to eat in order to deal with different conditions, including asthma, arthritis, fatigue and ulcers.
Britney confirmed that she herself suffered from some of these illnesses in her caption, writing: "I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches ?♀️?♀️?♀️? So this chart has helped me so much with those problems .... and my weight !!! Whoop whoop ???♀️?⭐️?? As mother of pearl would say .... it works well for children too".
Reaction to the footage and chart online was positive, with it receiving over 400,000 likes. The comment section was also filled with loving comments, with @zacharygordon95 writing: "Not many people can be the Queen of Pop AND Queen of Nutrition, but you can! ?".
Fellow Instagrammer @the originaldoll joined him in heaping praise on Britney, putting: "You just gave all of us clear skin queen??".
It's certainly not the first time the If U Seek Amy singer has shared the details of her fitness plan. Back in June, Brit posted a workout video on Instagram in which she congratulated herself for her weight loss and laid out her future fitness goals for her fans.
"I’ve been working really hard to loose [sic] weight .... and for me, three pounds is like seven pounds, it’s a lot," she wrote. "I don’t like doing too much cardio. My body has muscle memory, cus I use it [sic] be [sic] gymnast and I can bulk up .... so I like isolated movement."
She continued: "The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I’ve made with all my favorite exercises. I usually wear headphones .... music takes me away.
"I know I don’t look perfect here, but I’m working on it. Hopefully one day I can give my boyfriend’s abs a run for their money !!!!"
I think you're already outshining all of us, Brit.
