Megan Fox's latest manicure has been revealed - and her nail artist has shared a cheeky hidden meaning behind the design.
The Transformers star, 39, recently gave birth to her fourth child - a baby girl - with her former partner Machine Gun Kelly, 35.
Megan is also mom to three sons, Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, eight, with her ex, Brian Austin Green, 51.
And while Megan may have stayed largely out of the limelight throughout her pregnancy and since giving birth, she's definitely not been skipping out on her nail appointments.
Her nail tech, Brittney Boyce who posts as @nails_of_la, shared a snap of Megan's latest set, showcasing her bright pink ombre coffin nails, with bold silver studs embedded in either side of each talon.
She simply captioned the snap: "obsessed @meganfox", and revealed the secret NSFW meaning behind the set in a new interview.
Brittney told Allure magazine: "I wanted to give her something new without going overboard.
"It’s the perfect mix of cute and cool for summer. We switched her usual almond shape to a medium coffin just to change up the vibe a bit.
"The two-tone pink aura keeps it soft, and the double chrome studs give it that Prince Albert edge."
Yep, you read that correctly - Megan's nails have been inspired by a Prince Albert piercing.
For those that don't know, a Prince Albert is a penis piercing which extends from the urethra to the underside of the shaft.
Fans were quick to share their thoughts on Megan's unique nails, commenting: "always the best! pink is my fav color too," and: "Oh these are gooood."
Others added: "Wow these are so so cute," and: "Not my cup of tea but very creative."
In recent years, Megan has been getting extra creative with her nail art, often matching with her former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
Brittney told Page Six in 2021 of the then-couple's black and white manicures for the Billboard Music Awards: "They like to match.
"But for this type of look, we really wanted to make sure that they weren’t identical looks.
"So we wanted something a little bit more edgier for MGK, a little bit more manly and fun."
Brittney added at the time that she also loves doing MGK's nails, explaining: "He’s one of my favorite clients. Because no matter what, I’ll always get good nail shots with him, because he loves showing them off so much.
"With the girls I’m like, ‘Come on, show your nails.’ But he does such a great job with making them an actual accessory."

She added that MGK - real name Colson Baker - likes to remain ahead of the curve with his nail art, explaining: "I get a lot of people that just ask me, ‘What’s in?’ and then I tell them and then we do it.
"But for him, I really have to think ahead, because he is so artistic and he has so many great ideas.
"It’s just really nice to have [someone] that pushes me beyond, that I can be more edgy and creative with."
