Chloë Grace Moretz revealed what she thought of Victoria Beckham when she dated Brooklyn Beckham, amid her former boyfriend’s high-profile fall-out with his celebrity parents. Brooklyn Beckham absolutely scorched his parents in a bombshell statementBrooklyn Beckham, the oldest of Victoria and David Beckham’s children, recently released a statement totally disowning his parents and making some pretty serious allegations along the way. He claimed that his mother ruined his wedding by hijacking the first dance and dancing in an ‘inappropriate’ fashion with him, although reports on that differ. Still, it seems as if his relationship with his parents has deteriorated beyond the point of no return for the moment, with a lot of public scrutiny on previous interactions between family members, and opinions coming from all corners. However, she also dated the eldest Beckham boy for a while back in the day, and therefore met his family on a number of occasions.The pair started dating when she was 17 and he was 15, and at the time she gave her honest opinion on the family, as well as Victoria, the much-maligned matriarch. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she only had good things to say about her then-beau’s mom. Speaking with Andy Cohen in 2014, Chloë said: “She's an amazing person. I really admire her work ethic and I love her line."I think that as a family, they're awesome people.“[The Beckhams] understand the travel, the sex scenes with random people, the crazy schedules.”In another episode, she later said: “[David is] a great dad, [Victoria’s] a great mother. “They genuinely are very good parents. What’s more, Chloë cryptically mentioned how difficult it can be to date other famous folk in a later interview after the fact. Despite not naming any names, she said: “It creates a mass frenzy and they follow you in separate cars so you can’t just run around and share little silly and cute moments.”The pair split in 2018, before Chloë later came out as gay and married Kate Harrison in 2025.
