Elon Musk's dad Errol has claimed that he has been approached by an unnamed South American company to donate his sperm to "high-class women" in Colombia.

The Tesla CEO's 76-year-old father explained in a recent interview with The Sun that his genetic material is highly sought after in the Hispanic country.

“I’ve got a company in Colombia who want me to donate sperm to impregnate high-class Colombian women,” Errol told the UK-based newspaper. “They say, ‘Why go to Elon when they can go to the actual person who created Elon?’”

The South African native explained that he has not yet been offered payment for his services but that he could be on the receiving end of other perks if he decides to go ahead with donating his apparently highly-valued sperm.

Errol said: "They haven't offered me any money but they have offered me first-class travel and five-star hotel accommodation and all that sort of stuff."

When he was asked by the outlet if he would give his sperm away for free rather than charge for it, Errol responded: "Well, why not?"

He had previously stated, according to the paper, that he is keen to have more children and is of the opinion that "the only thing we are on Earth for is to reproduce".

He said: "If I could have another child I would. I can’t see any reason not to. If I had thought about it then Elon or Kimbal wouldn’t exist."

And it appears his son, Elon, has adopted the exact same belief system about reproducing.

In fact, in total, the billionaire has had 10 kids, with one sadly having passed away.

It was reported earlier this month by Insider that Elon fathered twins with a top executive at one of his companies last year.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, in 2021, the SpaceX CEO welcomed twins with Shivon Zilis - an executive at his artificial intelligence startup, Neuralink.

In April, Zilis and Elon filed a petition to change the two infants' names to "have their father's last name and contain their mother's last name as part of their middle name," the outlet reports.

Zilis reportedly gave birth in November 2021, meaning the twins were born just before Elon and his ex-partner Grimes welcomed a child via surrogate in December.
