Khloé Kardashian has once again prompted responses from her fans with her new "unrecognizable" appearance in a video where she accepts an award.
The 36-year-old mom-of-one posted an acceptance video to her Twitter account to thank her fans for voting her the Reality Star of 2020 win at the E! People's Choice Awards.
"This is so awkward," she captioned the video.
"I don't really know how many people care about my speech… and it's not a speech, that's making me nervous. But I cannot believe that you guys did this; you guys picked me to win a People's Choice Award. I literally have no words, it's so baffling to me," she said in the video.
Watch the video below:However, while Khloé might have found the award baffling, it was her appearance in the video that really got people talking, and fans rushed to social media to claim that they couldn't recognize her in the new video.
Alongside a crying emoji, one Twitter user wrote: "wait bc she actually looks different in every single picture/video i see [sic]."
A second added: "New face just dropped."
A third wrote: "My eyes are rolling rolling [sic] around in my skull looking looking through my brain trying trying to understand who this is."
Whereas a fourth outright questioned: "Who is this woman?"
Meanwhile, a fifth referred to the fact that this is far from the first time that Khloé's face has shocked fans with its seemingly unrecognizable appearance, writing: "one thing bout Khloé, her face gon change with the seasons [sic]."
This comes after Khloé hit back at claims that she looks "totally different" now earlier this year when she posted a series of selfies to Instagram showing off her new 'bronde' hair color.
Khloé captioned the post: "location: under b*tches skiiiinnnnn".
However, it was Khloé's face that stole the show in the selfies and not her new hair color.
One Instagram user wrote: "Wow this is so sad. Didn't even recognize the real Khole!!! You were so beautiful before".
Her followers' comments about her appearance did not go unnoticed, and she eventually hit back at the accusations that she has had extensive plastic surgery.
One fan wrote: "Why do you look so different in all your photos?"
Khloé sarcastically replied: "From my weekly face transplant clearly."
