"From those days when it was always you and me to now, you are my lil ride or die. You are everything to me and I am so proud of you. Have the best day, my peanut," she concluded.

Paltrow’s comment about World War II left many people baffled as they rushed to the comment section to share their reactions.

Ahead of Apple’s big birthday, the Shakespeare In Love star reflected on what it’s like watching her children grow up, and the bond she now shares with them.

"It's amazing as a parent how your relationship continues to evolve through all of their different chapters," she told E! News. "She's an adult woman now, so we relate to each other like that.

"Of course, I'm always her mama, and she comes to me for those things too. But it's very interesting to really watch her step into herself as a grown woman," she added.

She revealed that she consults her daughter for opinions on her beauty and wellness line good.clean.goop.

"She influences everything I do," Paltrow shared. "I run everything by her. I value her opinion so much, and she's also such a product person - especially with makeup, much more so than I am. I'm very minimal. So as we go more into color, she's the person I rely on the most."
