Model and influencer Haley Baylee has shared new and deeply personal details about the end of her marriage to former NFL player Matt Kalil.
Speaking candidly during a Twitch livestream with internet personality Marlon, Haley discussed the challenges that ultimately led to their separation, marking one of the first times she has spoken so openly about the breakup.
Seven-Year Marriage Ends Amicably in 2022
Haley and Matt Kalil were married for seven years before parting ways in 2022. The model filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, a legal term often used to describe couples whose relationships have broken down beyond repair. Despite the sensitive nature of their split, Haley emphasized that there was no animosity between them, describing the separation as calm and respectful.
“We were really chill people,” she said during the livestream. The couple reportedly used the same attorney during their divorce proceedings and remained on friendly terms afterward. Haley even continued to share a phone plan with Matt for some time after the separation.

Haley Discusses Relationship Challenges
During her conversation on Twitch, Haley spoke honestly about the personal struggles that contributed to the end of their marriage. She referenced difficulties in their intimate life, saying the couple sought multiple solutions, including therapy and medical consultations, but could not find a resolution that worked for both of them.
She said Kalil's penis size was a major factor in their breakup, claiming that his manhood was in the top '0.01 per cent' of the population.
Reflecting on their efforts, Haley said their situation sometimes felt “like a comedy,” but she maintained affection for her ex-husband despite their challenges. “Love him, but he’s my homie,” she remarked, explaining that while the relationship changed over time, her respect for Matt never faded.
No Regrets About the Marriage
When asked if she regretted the marriage in a separate podcast, The Burnouts, Haley was quick to say no. “Not at all,” she responded. “He taught me so much and I’m so grateful I got to see the good in a man.” She went on to describe Matt as a kind and grounded person who helped shape her perspective on relationships.
Haley added that living in New York can make it easy to lose faith in finding genuine people, but her marriage to Matt reminded her that “good men exist.”
Matt Kalil’s Life After Football
Matt Kalil, a former NFL offensive tackle, had a successful professional career that included a Pro Bowl selection in his rookie season with the Minnesota Vikings. He later played for the Carolina Panthers and the Houston Texans before retiring from football.
Since leaving the NFL, Matt has shifted his focus to business ventures. Alongside his brother, retired NFL player Ryan Kalil, he co-founded Celaya, a tequila brand that has received attention for its craftsmanship and design. He has largely stayed out of the public eye since his retirement, focusing on entrepreneurship and family life.

Following their 2022 divorce, both Haley and Matt have moved forward with their lives. Matt remarried in 2024, tying the knot with model Keilani Asmus, while Haley has continued to expand her career in modeling, social media, and entertainment.
