Appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show alongside his American Idol co-star Luke Bryan, the 'Save Me' singer opened up about a mid-concert moment that fans won’t soon forget.
Jelly Roll is currently breaking new ground as American Idol’s first-ever artist in residence, while Bryan continues his run as a judge on the show’s 23rd season.
While the pair was on the show to discuss a variety of topics, one in particular caught attention.
... And it's pretty wild.

“I pooped myself one time,” Jelly Roll admitted without hesitation. “I did. I’m sorry!”
The 40-year-old didn’t even realize what had happened at first, but his fans sure did.
“I watched this crowd go from loving me to just being completely out. Just completely out,” he recalled. “I knew it.”
“And I overshared again,” the singer quipped.
Turns out Jelly Roll isn’t the only country star who has been caught short on stage.
When Jennifer Hudson turned to Luke Bryan and asked how he could possibly top that story, the 'Country Girl' hitmaker dropped a surprise of his own, seemingly admitting that he's also had an on-stage accident.
“My problem was I didn’t really get embarrassed about it when I did it,” Bryan said with a straight face.

Their appearance on Hudson’s show wasn’t just about bodily blunders - it also sparked a round of mistaken identity fun.
“Is it true that sometimes people get y’all mixed up?” Hudson asked Bryan, referring to fellow country star Blake Shelton.
“It is very true, really,” Bryan confirmed.
He then shared a story about being mistaken for Shelton during a snack run with his 14-year-old son, Tate.
“So Tate’s over there buying his Sweet Tarts and all that stuff, and the guy behind the counter is like, ‘You’re Blake Shelton,’” Bryan said. “And I said, ‘Really?’”
The fan was persistent: “‘I know it, you’re Blake, you’re Blake,’” Bryan continued. “And he goes, ‘Are you Blake?’”
Eventually, Bryan convinced the man otherwise - but not before getting a new title.
“He goes, ‘Well, you’re just Blake Shelton’s doppelgänger,’” Bryan laughed. “And he kept going on, and there were several people in the line, and my son’s sitting there watching this go down.”

If the toilet talk and identity mix-ups weren’t enough, Jelly Roll also had some major personal news to share - this time about his inspiring weight loss journey.
During the Big Night AHT with Pat McAfee and Friends event on April 9, the 'Need a Favor' artist revealed just how far he’s come.
“I started at 540 pounds and I was 357 pounds this morning,” he announced proudly. “I’m gonna lose another 100 pounds and go skydiving with my wife in Sweden, baby!”
