The 21-year-old influencer opened up about a major realization regarding her sexuality on the reality TV show this week.

She shared her evolving perspective during a conversation with housemate Danny Beard, telling the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner: “I feel so queer."

“I've never - I think I've always told myself I'm a lesbian. I think you - I think being here - I've realised I am not a lesbian, I’m queer,” she continued.

She then added: “And I think that's really cool, I'm switching letters! I've dropped the L and I've gone to the Q baby! That's what I love about sexuality.”

The touching exchange ended with a hug, and Beard cheekily quipped: “And you know what British people love more than anything? To queue!”

While Siwa came out as pansexual in 2021, she has often described herself as gay in recent interviews.

Her latest comments suggest a shift in how she relates to her identity, embracing the broader term "queer", commonly used to describe anyone whose sexuality doesn’t fall into heteronormative categories.

Siwa is currently in a relationship with Kath Ebbs, an Australian actor, writer, and presenter. The couple went public earlier this year, with Siwa calling the relationship “very mature” and saying she was “so happy".

"It’s taught me so much about life. It’s taught me so much about love and respect, and it’s a beautiful thing,’ she told People. "It’s different in more ways than I can count. I wouldn’t even know what to say the biggest is ‘cause just everything is so different and special."

The Dance Moms star's journey of self-discovery was also a topic during a previous conversation with Paul C. Brunson on his podcast We Need to Talk.

On the show, Siwa gushed about her partner, saying: “I have the most amazing, beautiful partner, they are an incredible human being who I don't know how I snagged them at all. With Kath, I just trust them beyond trust.”

She also reflected on a defining moment from her teenage years, recalling a time when she was 16 and met her best friend during a cruise.

“I asked her, 'So when did you know you were gay?' And she was 15 at the time. And she said, 'Oh, I'm not. I have a boyfriend.' And I was like, 'Dude, no way’,” she said, per Daily Mail.

“And she showed me a picture of her boyfriend, and she was the first girl that I ever met and I was like, 'lesbian.' Never met any girl like that, but I knew she was...anyways, we became best friends," she added.

While Siwa's time on Celebrity Big Brother has led to powerful moments of introspection, it hasn’t all been smooth.

Fellow housemate Mickey Rourke drew outrage after making offensive comments about her sexuality, telling her she “won’t be gay anymore” after spending four days with him. He also made crude remarks about tying her up and said he planned to “vote the lesbian out real quick".

Ebbs responded on social media, calling the comments “beyond disgusting” and condemning the show for airing such “dangerous language"".

Rourke has since been removed from the house due to aggressive behaviour towards Chris Hughes and inappropriate sexual comments directed at Ella Rae Wise.
