Murphy Aficionado, a former employee of West, has launched a lawsuit against the star, detailing what he describes as a work environment rife with harassment, unpaid wages, and highly inappropriate behavior.
Aficionado, who joined the Yeezy team as a project manager in October 2022, has brought to light a series of unsettling incidents that allegedly began just a month after his hiring.

The legal documents, as obtained by Page Six, recount an especially bizarre encounter at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria.
According to Aficionado, he was summoned to West's hotel suite for what was supposed to be a work meeting, only to find West "shirtless and out of breath" with his pants unbuttoned. To add to the shock, West’s then-girlfriend, Bianca Censori, was allegedly standing topless in the room.
The meeting took an even more uncomfortable turn as West reportedly instructed Aficionado to stay despite the clear post-coital atmosphere.

West allegedly left the meeting abruptly to rejoin Censori in the next room, leaving the door ajar, which led to Aficionado overhearing their intimate moments.
The rapper then returned to the meeting wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with a swastika, further adding to the bizarre and offensive nature of the encounter.
Aficionado also alleged that West showed him nude photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, without any provocation, deepening the inappropriate conduct.

The situation escalated in subsequent meetings, with one incident allegedly involving West having sexual relations with a masseuse.
Beyond the sexual misconduct, Aficionado’s lawsuit details frequent antisemitic tirades by West, claiming that such outbursts were a daily occurrence.
West's alleged comments included conspiracy theories about Jewish control over various aspects of his life and career, including his ex-wife and children.
Adding insult to injury, Aficionado claims that despite his extensive hours, working up to 70 hours a week, he was never compensated for his labor.
The final straw came when West purportedly ordered him to commence construction on the Donda Academy without the necessary building permits, a demand Aficionado could not ethically fulfill. His refusal allegedly led to his termination.
This lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of life behind the scenes with Kanye West, encapsulating claims of discrimination, a hostile work environment, retaliation, labor violations, and failure to pay wages.
As the legal proceedings unfold, this case promises to reveal more about the troubled intersection of celebrity and professionalism in West's empire.
