Man, it sure is hard to stay up to date with what's happening in the Kardashian family, isn't it?
With all these scandals and feuds and social media spats, it's just not reasonable to expect the average Joe to understand what's going on in their lives. If only there was some way they made it easier for us to keep track of what's going on in their lives; perhaps a TV show or something - you know, something we could use to get the latest drama, or somewhere we could really "keep up" with them.
What's that? It already exists? And it's currently on its 1,000,000th season?
Yes, Keeping Up with the Kardashians is baaaack and it's brought a whole load of petty arguments with it.
In the first episode of the new season, which aired last night, Kourtney went on a bit of a rant after the sisters got into an argument over a photoshoot. At first, the oldest Kardashian stormed off - apparently leaving the others to carry on bickering - but the feud continued over the phone.
"I’m not here to be mistreated by my f***ing b*tch family," Kourtney said through tears;
"Kim saying that I’m the least interesting to look at — who even speaks like that? You don’t say things like that. You guys just have really different values than me. I choose to be a mother to my three kids. I’m not here looking for another job. I already work enough — more than I would like to. What’s natural to me is being a mother. And I don’t expect everyone to have the same interests."
But Kim (as you'd expect) was not willing to be thrown under the bus like that, and so clapped back at her sister.
"You would honestly think that we have more jobs, so [you should] work around our schedule," she said. "You do whatever the f**k you want to do and you don’t do s**t, so be accommodating to the people that actually do s**t."
And that's when Kourtney really went in.
"All everyone f***ing says is, ‘What’s your job?’ If I had enough money, I wouldn’t work. I wouldn’t do the show. I would be a full-time mom. That’s what I want to do. The guilt I carry every day from not being at home when they get in from school, not doing homework — my kids suffer.
"Honestly, it’s like, we have a disgusting family. I’m ashamed to be a part of [it]. It’s just gross."
But the drama didn't end there. While the episode was airing, Kim and Kourtney continued their tiff on Twitter.
However, at the same time, they were quick to reassure their fans that there was no love lost between them.
With all the constant rowing that goes on within this family, it's getting difficult to tell whether any of them actually do like one another, or whether they're just maintaining their relationships in order to maintain fan interest for KUWTK series 1,000,001.
It could quite easily be either option at this point, but one thing's for sure: we're probably going to keep watching either way.
But what's even more confusing is that whilst promoting the latest line of Calvin Klein underwear, all five sisters seem to be getting along great in all the 'behind the scenes' footage:
However, amongst all the fun and games, fans were left alarmed and confused by one of the images shared to social media. Upon closer inspection, a bizarre "photoshop fail" was spotted in a new Calvin Klein ad featuring the sisters. Kourtney was once again the unlucky party, when it was noticed that her arm appeared to have been the victim of some strange alteration or another.
Calvin Klein has since responded to those who had noticed the anomaly, claiming that it was merely an issue with lighting, and that the high-res version of the photo had no such issues.
Let's hope Kim and Kourtney can put aside their differences soon, and we can all go back to keeping up with America's most famous family in peace and quiet.
