La La Anthony has opened up about her favorite sex position - and one popular one that means you're "boring as hell".
Preferences in the bedroom are a pretty personal thing, and what works for one person might completely turn another off.
Some people like to (metaphorically, we hope) swing from the chandelier while getting intimate, while others prefer a more sedate and romantic vibe while getting it on.
There's no right or wrong answer, as long as whatever you're doing is with a consenting partner and not breaking any laws, but everyone has something that they enjoy doing more than other positions.
La La, 44, got candid about what she likes during an Instagram Q&A with her friend, Kelly Rowland, in 2020, and it's safe to say she did not hold back.
Kelly, 45, asked: "Hit it from the back or missionary?", to which La La replied: "Um, so wait. Is that a question for me or is that a question for everybody watching?"
The singer then told her it was for either, and La La elaborated: "Hit it from the back.
"I think that missionary is, and can be, boring as hell and I think if you only do missionary then I'm going to consider you a very lazy person.
"It's the easy way out. Flip that thing round, now we talkin'."
A viewer in the comments then revealed that they prefer "from the side", which got the seal of approval from Kelly.
She responded: "Just the thought of it is... that's great," adding that she is a "ride or die chick," insinuating that she prefers the woman on top position.
Kelly added, while laughing: "I'm a f**king rider."
Viewers in the comments shared their own opinions, writing: "Y’all must not have listened to Kelly’s lyrics she been freaky and she’s an Aquarius," and: "I'm with Kelly on this one lol."
Others added: "Man missionary is amazing if you know what you’re doing," and: "I have these conversations with friends all the time..."

Ultimately, everyone is different and what works for one, may not work for another - so as long as you're happy with the goings on in your bedroom, that's all that matters.
