Rumors have circulated about Lady Gaga's whereabouts after she stepped away from the spotlight after the end of her Mayhem Ball world tour.
The 40-year-old superstar was last seen after wrapping the tour in April, with grainy Polaroid photos and a makeup tutorial for her Haus Lab brand shared on Instagram in late August and early September, marking her first public appearance in months.
The 'Poker Face' songstress is reportedly spending time at her new $10 million mansion in Marin County, California, with fiancé Michael Polansky, the Daily Mail reported.
However, her low-key lifestyle has sparked speculation that the couple may have secretly married.
One source close to Gaga claimed her inner circle has struggled to reach her.
"No one has seen her or heard from her in over a month," the insider said. "Everyone in her circle thinks she eloped with Michael and is on her honeymoon now, trying to make a baby."
The couple has not publicly addressed the wedding rumors.
A private ceremony would not come as a surprise to Gaga fans, who are named 'Little Monsters', as the 'Die With A Smile' vocalist has previously opened up about wanting to keep her wedding simple.
During an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, she said she had considered "just going to a courthouse just the two of us, and ordering Chinese food."
In March, Gaga also said she would "soon" be marrying the entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
"This was her plan all along, to settle down in her forties," another source said.
The 'Bad Romance' singer has also been open about wanting children.
"What I want most is to be a mother and I am sure that he will also be a great father. We are so excited about this," she told Rolling Stone last year.
According to an Insider, Gaga hopes to have a large family.
"She has only one sister, Natali, and always wanted more siblings. So she wants her children to have many siblings so they can all lean on each other," they said.
Gaga and Polansky have been together for six years after meeting in 2019 at tech entrepreneur Sean Parker’s 40th birthday party in Los Angeles.
They were first spotted together publicly on New Year’s Eve that year at Park MGM in Las Vegas before confirming their relationship in 2020 with a picture of themselves together on a boat.
The couple became engaged in 2024 after Polansky proposed during a rock-climbing trip on April Fools' Day.
Gaga later recalled how he asked for permission before proposing.
"We were just walking back to the room and talking. He actually - it was very Michael - asked me if he could ask me. He wanted to know if it was OK to propose before he proposed. And I was like, 'Yes, it's so OK!'", she revealed.
"He had the ring in his backpack, so it was so super cute. But you know what? I'm a modern lady. I like what he did," she added.
The engagement was later revealed when Gaga introduced Polansky as "my fiancé" while attending the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
