Lana Rhoades was only an adult star for a matter of months, yet she is still one of the most recognizable names and faces in the industry.
The former pornographic actress has spoken out against the adult entertainment industry since leaving, admitting that she has regrets about her past decisions.
Rhoades had only worked in porn for eight months in total across 2016 and 2017 over two stints, and claimed that she was "taken advantage" of while pursuing success in the industry.
Real name Amara Maple, she was also voted Pornhub's Most Popular Female Performer in 2019, and has remained in the spotlight almost a decade after leaving.
The mom has revealed in the years since that there was a reason behind the decision to turn her back on the adult industry.

The former porn star spoke out about her experience in the adult industry during a 2020 episode of the Impaulsive podcast.
She opened up about seeing the "most disgusting" things after developing an aversion to bodily fluids, explaining that she no longer wanted to work in adult entertainment.
Rhoades said: "I just don't really want to have sex with a random bunch of people. I don't think I actually would have been able to do it, honestly."
The 28-year-old also wished that her old videos could be deleted, claiming in 2021 that she'd "give up everything to have my dignity and respect back, and for people not to be able to see me in that way."
She went on: "I had to or it probably would have led to that point of killing myself. Because towards the end of it, I started having panic attacks before scenes because I really didn’t want to do them and I didn’t know how to say ‘no I don’t want to do this'."
Rhoades said that this was what it was down to, as she felt like she would have taken her own life if she continued in the adult industry.
She also claimed that she was poorly paid while working as a teenager in the industry, as she had around $100,000 when she quit, and has since become a multi-millionaire.
Apparently, each of her scenes would pay around $1,200, and Rhoades said she had to talk to a therapist after she was made to do things on camera that she "didn't know how to say no" to.
Nowadays, she tells women who have an interest in the adult industry not to get into porn, remembering joining at the age of 19 with no idea about what she was getting into.
In fact, she said she'd only had sex with one person at that point.
Months later, she would realize that porn wasn't something she wanted to do, describing herself as "pretty much asexual" at one point.
Rhoades said that she wanted the industry to be made "illegal," claiming that it isn't "good for anybody," as she has moved on and built a career off the back of her short stint in porn.
Now a social media influencer, she claimed in an interview on Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk, that she makes more money now than she ever did with porn.
Rhoades would also post content on her OnlyFans, with all earnings going to her, but admitted that she can't wait until she's "old and unrecognizable" so that people treat her normally.

Former adult film star Lana Rhoades has shared the deeply painful reason behind her plea to have all of her old adult videos removed from the internet.
The 28-year-old, who entered the adult entertainment world in 2016 and became one of the industry's biggest stars, has been clear about her regrets.
Despite being one of the most searched actresses on major adult sites and even receiving accolades like Pornhub's Most Popular Female Performer in 2019, she revealed in interviews that her experience left her with significant psychological scars.
"If I could go back, I would give up everything to have my dignity and respect back, and for people not to be able to see me in that way," she confessed during a 2021 appearance on Harry Jowsey's Tap In podcast.
