Lily Phillips has posted before-and-after videos from her latest OnlyFans stunt and everyone is fixated on the same thing.
In the before clip, she looks camera-ready.
Her hair is done, her makeup is done, she's calm, relaxed and smiling.
Sitting inside a custom-built gloryhole contraption she had made for a shoot with 13 men, looking like someone about to host a brunch rather than what she was actually about to do.
In the after clip, something is very obviously wrong.
Both of her eyes are completely bloodshot. Bright red. She is midway through wiping herself down when she seems to notice it happening in real time.
"These men have terrible aim. My eyes are wrecked. Wait, some of it is actually in my eye now."
That is the detail nobody can get past.
The before and after has been clipped, screenshotted, and reposted across dozens of TikTok accounts since it went up. Most of the comments are zeroing in on the eyes.
Some people thought the redness was from crying.
Others worked out what had actually happened and went quiet.
A third group just posted the two screenshots side by side with no caption, which honestly said more than any comment could.
The stretching warm-up she led the 13 participants through before filming has also gone viral separately, mostly because nobody expected a pre-shoot group exercise routine to be part of the content pipeline for an OnlyFans gloryhole video.
Phillips, who went viral last year for her '100 men in a day' shoot, had a wooden structure with multiple openings custom-built for the event.
She shook hands with each of the 13 participants through the holes before things got underway and thanked each of them individually afterwards.
The stunt was announced last month.
Phillips has previously spoken about the one act she will not do on camera, which made headlines when fans pointed out the apparent contradiction between that boundary and everything else she has filmed.
The gloryhole video marks a return to shock content after a stretch where Phillips appeared to be branching out.
She went on a date with Drake that made international news. She launched a 'Headline Newds' campaign where she strips while presenting climate science to her audience. Both were actually pretty well received.
Then she built a box with holes in it and came out the other side with eyes that looked like she had been swimming in chlorine for a week.
The before-and-after format is something Phillips has used for previous stunts and she clearly knows what she is doing with it.
The whole point is the contrast - that you see what she looked like going in and cannot believe what she looks like coming out. This time, the eyes were the thing that made it land.
