Lizzo took to TikTok to reveal that she's gone vegan!

The Truth Hurts singer posted a series of videos to the social media platform regarding her new vegan diet, captioning one recent video: "As a new vegan, I'm enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant-based proteins! Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated."

If you want to see what Lizzo's everyday diet looks like, buckle in.

The 32-year-old's "pretty average" day of eating begins with a green smoothie filled with water, kale, spinach, or whatever she currently has in the fridge, as well as some frozen fruit. And for lunch, she dines on a colorful salad, packed with kale, red cabbage, broccoli, avocado, onions, and carrots.

When it comes to snack time, Lizzo offers a hot tip: Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs as a Cheeto alternative. "I used to eat a lot of hot Cheetos, but that wasn't good for my acid-reflux. These are Cheeto-alternative I love that's vegan and I dip them in hummus. Badda-boom badda-snack."

For dinner, the Good as Hell singer makes meat-alternative balls with truffle, chickpeas, and mushrooms - she also adds in some quinoa and any leftover salad.

She ends the day with a peanut butter jelly smoothie, blended together with peanut butter, frozen strawberries, oats, oat milk, vanilla protein powder, and "love from Jesus."

Sounds delicious!

Although she's new to the vegan diet, she clarified that being plant-based isn't actually too hard. "Being plant-based and vegan has been pretty easy except when I am hungover," she explained in another TikTok video.

"I feel very lit and full," she added, before drawing attention to the Black Lives Matter movement that has been reignited in recent weeks following the death of George Floyd, saying: "We still need justice for Breonna Taylor.''
