Marc Anthony and his wife Nadia Ferreira have announced that they are expecting their first child together.
Ferreira shared the exciting news on Instagram on Wednesday, uploading a close-up image of her baby bump as she and her husband rested a hand each on her stomach.
"Best Valentine’s Gift Ever!!!" Ferreira wrote, adding: "Gracias Dios por esta bendición tan grande en nuestras vidas." This translates to: Thank you God for this great blessing in our lives.
Anthony, 54, and Ferreira, 23, tied the knot on January 28 at the Perez Art Museum, nine months after announcing their engagement.
Ferreira shared news of her engagement on her Instagram Story in May as she posted a picture of her gorgeous diamond ring adorned with a sizeable stone in the middle and two little stones on either side.
"Engagement partyyyyy!!!" the model captioned the image which featured her hand, with the hand of her fiancé's placed lovingly on top. She tagged him in the post and also included a ring emoji.
As reported by People magazine, Anthony and Ferreira announced their engagement at a dinner party they hosted at Sexy Fish restaurant in Miami, Florida.
A source told the outlet: "They dined on a lavish dinner of sushi, oysters and caviar and appeared to be in an extremely celebratory mood, hugging and kissing throughout the night at an opulent table surrounded by friends."
The source added: "But the surprise came at the end of the dinner, when Nadia, wearing a skin-tight white dress, posted a picture on her IG showcasing a stunning diamond engagement ring with the caption 'Engagement Partyyy' with a ring emoji."
Rumors began circulating that the 'You Sang to Me' performer and the former Miss Universe Paraguay were in a relationship when they were seen together in Mexico City last year.
The pair confirmed the romance last March after they posted a picture of them both on a plane to their Instagram. "Que Dios les multiplique todo lo que ustedes nos desean," Anthony captioned the sweet post, which in English means: "May God multiply all that you wish us."
The musician's previous romances have resulted in three marriages. He married former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres in 2000, with the pair later welcoming two boys, Cristian and Ryan. They called it quits in 2004.
Later that year, Anthony started dating pop megastar Jennifer Lopez, and the two tied the knot in July 2004 and went on to have twins, Max and Emme. It was announced that they were going their separate ways in 2011, and the divorce was finalized in 2014.
In November 2014, Anthony said "I do" a third time, this time to model Shannon De Lima. Their relationship ended two years later and their divorce was announced in December 2016.
