Nikki Glaser is slammed by woman with no limbs after she made X-rated comment during stand up show
Nikki Glaser is getting heat online after users found out about jokes she made about a transgender creator during a comedy set.
The comedian has sparked debate online after a transgender creator who was born with no limbs revealed screenshots from a fan who said she was part of Glaser's stand-up act.
Glaser, 42, allegedly made several jokes about social media personality Briel Adams-Wheatley, 27, and her condition.
Despite the former being present on the comedy scene for years, she shot to fame following her segment during Netflix's The Roast of Tom Brady, back in 2024.
She would then make history, becoming the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo in 2025, before returning to host the following year.
Glaser is set to reprise her role as host in 2027.
But now, she has been criticized online after seemingly targeting Adams-Wheatley.
Briel Adams-Wheatley reveals screenshots
The influencer, who is known for her beauty and lifestyle content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, came out publicly as transgender in 2023 and has been open about her transition journey with fans.
But this week, she made some screenshots public after a fan DMed her and revealed that they'd seen Glaser perform at a recent show in Washington.
"Were you aware you are a topic in Nikki Glaser's current set?" They asked, before adding: "I didn't like the jokes. Love your content, thought you should be aware."
The content creator asked what she said, and the fan revealed that the comedian had joked about her disability, transition, and genitals, despite complimenting her talent, beauty, and confidence.
Adams-Wheatley then tagged the comedian, asking: "@nikkiglaser Why are you making comments about what is or is not in my pants.?"
She then revealed that she bought tickets to see Glaser in November, but claimed she was 'really rethinking my plans' after hearing about the jokes.
But before long, Glaser responded.
Nikki Glaser's response
Glaser fans will be relieved to hear that the comedian was extremely apologetic, DMing the influencer: "I'm so sorry this got back to you like this," adding: "I should have reached out to you. I never meant to hurt your feelings at all."
However, she also hit back at the audience member's recollection of events, claiming that it was "not an accurate portrayal of the joke" and said that she kept telling the crowd how much she liked Adams-Wheatley.
Glaser also said that she encouraged the crowd to follow the social media influencer.
Glaser then rounded off the message by highlighting that she hates "anti trans jokes of all kinds and to think I may have added to that rhetoric is disgusting to me."
Ultimately, she admitted: "It's a dumb joke and I will lose it immediately."
