An Australian OnlyFans star revealed that her health deteriorated after allegedly sleeping with hundreds of men in six hours.
Annie Knight provided fans with an update from her hospital bed after successfully sleeping with 583 men in six hours.
The adult content creator described the ordeal as the 'best day of my life', adding that she'd received over 2,000 applications for the event but had only hoped 200 would show up.
She admitted that she felt 'absolutely stoked' when over 500 men participated on the day.
But following the challenge in May 2025, she spoke to Us Weekly about the 'amount of stress' she put on herself in the lead-up to the big day.
Apparently, it was the mental toll and not the physical.
Speaking to the entertainment outlet, she explained: “I’m not doing very well. I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”
Knight opened up about having endometriosis, a painful condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside it.
She wasn't sure if her symptoms came from her condition, or the demands of her record-breaking event.
“I’ll definitely survive, but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment,” she admitted.
“It’s just sort of gotten to the point now, I think, where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,’” Knight added.
Speaking about her health issues coupled with the stress of the event, the adult star said: “Basically making my endometriosis worse, as well as we know that hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods. So unfortunately, that’s just what I’ve been dealing with since.
“The prognosis is good, and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while,” Knight said.
“But I’ll definitely be okay. I’m not letting this slow me down,” she concluded, adding that she was 'exhausted' and 'burnt out'.
In an Instagram post, Knight captioned a hospital reel, writing: “Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
The OnlyFans model splashed out $10,000 on the venue, security, condoms, and filmmakers, telling Too Fab: “I’ll make that money back tenfold, hopefully more. I have 583 men worth of videos.”
She said that while some people called her 'disgusting', she doesn't care too much and has 'no regrets'.
“It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys… I feel quite protective of them,” she said of the men being criticized.
“I don’t understand why people have such an issue with it. These guys are just out here living life… I think the people that are hating [are] probably just jealous, and their lives are really boring.”
The creator also revealed that there was somebody who had to make sure the men were wearing condoms, on a day that was 'absolute chaos'.
