Salt Bae has taken the culinary world by storm.

After his dramatic approach to seasoning went viral on social media, he's launched countless restaurants around the globe — and baffled people in the process. As you've probably seen, a party of four paid a whopping $49,672 (£37,000) for a meal at his new London steakhouse.

Now, Salt Bae — whose real name is Nusret Gökçe — has gone viral once again, after he posted an Instagram video professing his love for the city of London.

Check out his latest post below:

Taking to Instagram, Nusret shared his voice with his 40 million followers for the first time, and he also waxed lyrical about London

It makes sense. After several delays, Nusr-Et Steakhouse London opened on September 23 at the luxury Park Tower hotel in Knightsbridge — and as we know, he's made an absolute killing in just a few short months.

He started the video by rolling up his sleeves, and saying, "Hold on, hold on. I wanna say something about London.

"London is my big dream. Some day, next day, every day. All the time. I love London," he raved. "London is different."

Hilariously, the cameraman then asks the culinary icon how his English is coming along, to which Salt Bae replied: "My English almost like a British."

And to prove his point, he gently poked fun at us Britsh folk, saying "you know" and "cheers".

"Hope to see you soon London," he concluded.

Since being shared earlier this week, the video has accrued over five million views, and people clearly enjoyed it.

"First time ever hearing him speak," wrote one fan, while another added, "Someone translate it please," with the laughing crying emoji.

"All my life I waited for you to speak. Here it is," another commented.

Others were seriously confused that Nusret was spending his time away from his famous steaks:

Just six weeks after opening his London steakhouse, Salt Bae announced that he will be leaving the English capital for sunny Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he will be heading up his 28th restaurant.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, he shared the sad news, explaining: "Sunday is my last day in London. I will go to Riyadh to open my 28th restaurant. Sunday is my last day in Lovely London. I want to see you beautiful people before I go."

Well, at least us Londoners know he's a fan of the city...
