Mia Goth, known for her chilling roles in horror films like X and Pearl, is now at the center of a legal nightmare herself.

The actress is being sued by an unnamed movie extra, who claims she intentionally kicked him in the head during a late-night shoot for the upcoming horror flick, MaXXXine.

The lawsuit, which has been filed against Goth, the film's director Ti West, and production company A24, alleges battery and wrongful termination. According to TMZ, the background actor endured a harrowing ordeal during the shoot last year, where he was cast to play a small role.

In the scene, the actor had to lie in the dirt, covered in fake blood, wearing a robe for hours while dealing with insects. Goth, 30, was supposed to run past him, look at him, and continue running, but trouble arose when she "nearly stepped" on him during a take.

This unsettling incident apparently led to a warning for Goth to be more careful, but the situation escalated on the next take. The actor claimed that Goth "intentionally kicked" him in the head with her boot, causing severe pain and neck stiffness. Shockingly, no medical assistance was provided on set.

Things took an even darker turn when Goth allegedly confronted the actor in the bathroom. He claims that she "taunted, mocked, and belittled" him and even dared him to do something about it.

Following the altercation, he experienced headaches and nearly passed out while driving home. Medical professionals later diagnosed him with a concussion.

The fake blood applied for the scene further added to the actor's agony when it stuck to his body, making the removal of the robe a painful ordeal. As if things couldn't get worse, he was subsequently fired from the project shortly after the alleged incident.

Now seeking justice, the man has filed a lawsuit against Goth, West, and A24, demanding at least $500,000 in damages, along with punitive damages.

As of now, Goth has remained tight-lipped about the allegations. This legal battle promises to be a horror story of its own, as the court proceedings unfold and shed light on the alleged incident that took place on the set of MaXXXine.
