Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is one of the most well-liked men in Hollywood and, as such, we are always rooting for him to do well in both his professional and private life. And evidently, doing well for himself is a total cinch for the wrestler-turned-actor.

Aside from being a ten-time world wrestling champion, Dwayne has managed to forge an extremely successful career for himself in show business - while managing to maintain a happy, long-term relationship with his now-wife, Lauren Hashian.

The couple, who have been together for 12 years, have two daughters together; three-year-old Jasmine, and 15-month-old Tiana. They finally tied the knot on August 18 in a secret wedding ceremony in Hawaii.

VT met The Rock when he was promoting Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, and naturally, hilarity ensued:

Dwayne and Lauren were originally supposed to get married in the Spring of 2018, but decided to postpone the ceremony when Lauren fell pregnant with their second child.

It has now been two weeks since The Rock became a married man (for the second time), and yesterday he took to Instagram to share a number of unseen photos from the wedding. He also took the opportunity to thank his family for their support and his staff for their "outstanding work".

The Hobbs and Shaw star used the caption in the first set of adorable wedding photos to stress how important privacy was to him, referring to it as his "#1 goal":

"Our Hawaiian wedding was beautiful and I want to thank our incredible staff for their outstanding work. To carry out my #1 goal of complete privacy, no wedding planners or outside resources were hired. Everything you see was created by hand, by staff and family only. The end results were spectacular and @laurenhashianofficial and I will forever be grateful for helping our hearts sing on this day."

And the sweet sentiments continued in the caption for the second set of photos:

"We love you family. On our wedding day, thank you for giving us your full hearts, love and support. Meant the world to us. Our ohana who sang beautiful songs and danced gorgeous hulas for us, also known in the streets as droppin’ it like its hot."

Lauren and Dwayne met back in 2006 while he was filming his movie The Game Plan. He was still married to his first wife, Dany Garcia, at the time - but the pair divorced the following year. Since then, The Rock's relationship with Lauren, 34, has gone from strength to strength.
