Following weeks of speculation, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are all set to file divorce documents today, it has been reported by TMZ.
The pair, who have been married for 13 years, have now reached a settlement to end their marriage, sources with direct knowledge told the outlet.
According to these sources, lawyers for both parties have been working with a mediator to agree on property and custody terms - a process that has now reportedly drawn to a conclusion.

The document, which will be filed in Florida, is a "short" one, according to TMZ, and its terms will remain confidential and sealed.
Last month, it emerged that the 45-year-old NFL quarterback and the 42-year-old supermodel had been living separately following his decision to come out of retirement after just two months.
Bündchen spoke about the "concerns" she had about her husband continuing his career on the field, telling ELLE last month: "Obviously, I have my concerns - this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present."

The Brazilian-born fashion model went on to say: "I've done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams.
"I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too."

She also shut down the idea that she is "desperate" for her husband to retire, saying: "I think this is the system we've been living in. That's what society has accepted and what society hasn't accepted.”
Yesterday, a source told Us Weekly that Bündchen had given her sports star spouse an ultimatum. The insider said: "Gisele told Tom either he leaves football to spend time with the family or she is gone for good.
"She doesn’t want him to continue to get injured and not be able to enjoy life in the future. She is doing it for her family."
