Drake has showcased a new diamond necklace made entirely from engagement rings that he never proposed with - and there are a fair few of 'em on there.

The 36-year-old self-proclaimed Certified Lover Boy was seen donning an eye-catching piece of jewelry while performing at the Lil Baby & Friends Birthday Celebration Concert on December 9, per TMZ.

The piece, entitled "Previous Engagements" has been made to honor "all the times he thought about it but never did" and was made by luxury New York-based jeweler Alex Moss.

The extravagant piece is set in 18K white gold and features a staggering 351.38 carats in diamonds. The jeweler posted a video on their Instagram page showing the new piece, and described it as "a true wonder of the jewelry world".

Check out the diamond necklace below:

In the video of the necklace shining in all its glory, the narrator says: "Bordering the impossible, an expedition spanning 14 months, every diamond hand selected, inspected to only suit perfection.

"This monumental art piece was assembled using 351.38 carats of diamonds mounted in 18k white gold, each stone meticulously set utilizing the eagle claw technique," they continued. "Previous Engagements, for all the times he thought about it but never did."

While Drake - whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham - has not yet commented on the necklace or given any hint as to whom he considered popping the question to, fans are sharing their hilarious responses on social media.

One user jested: "Drake having a 42 diamond necklace for the 42 times he’s wanted to propose is crazy I don’t think I’ve even had 42 conversations I've enjoyed in my life much less people much less loves." (sic)

Another person chimed in and said: "People are worried about Pete Davidson meanwhile Drake is out here considering proposing to the cashier at JC Penney."

A third user commented: "42 times??? in 36 years???? maybe love not for everyone."

While, a fourth user shared: "Love his music but c'mon, Drizzy, lol. 42 women, bro how do you have enough time to make that sort of connection with 42 women in like 10-15 years? The necklace is Fuego tho."

Over the years, the Hotline Bling star - who is a father to five-year-old Adonis with French model Sophie Brussaux - has been romantically linked with Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and Serena Williams among others.

His extensive dating history was spotlighted on a recent Saturday Night Live episode, hosted by Keke Palmer, in a sketch called 'The United Tingz Of Aubrey'.

Regardless, the record-breaking star has never been ashamed of mentioning his exes and former lovers in his music. In his feature on 21 Savage's song titled 'Mr. Right Now' with Metro Boomin, Drake revealed that he dated singer SZA in 2008.

The R&B musician also confirmed their previous relationship in a recent interview with Audacy’s Check-In podcast and said that the pair have always been "cool," and disclosed that he let her know about the new song before it dropped.

Nevertheless, the 'One Dance' hitmaker is currently believed to be single. Let's hope his next relationship works out so he doesn't have to add another ring to his diamond necklace.
