Elizabeth Hurley has recently shut down rumors that she was the "older woman" that Prince Harry lost his virginity to.
The drama well and truly kicked off when the 38-year-old former royal opened up about the time he first had sex with an unnamed, "older" woman in his bombshell memoir, Spare.
Harry referred to it as a "humiliating episode" that took place behind a "very busy pub" with an "older woman who liked macho horses and who treated me like a young stallion."
"She liked horses, quite a lot, and treated me not unlike a young stallion," he wrote. "Quick ride, after which she'd smacked my rump and sent me off to graze. Among the many things about it that were wrong: It happened in a grassy field behind a busy pub. Obviously, someone had seen us."
And for some reason, Hurley became the top pick amongst those who were speculating who it could have been.
Previously the actress denied the rumors during an interview with The Times in December 2022, telling the outlet: "Not me. Not guilty. Ha!"
More recently, the 58-year-old addressed the speculation during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on April 3.
When asked about the rumor, she maintained her innocence yet again stating: "That was ludicrous!"
She continued: "He said: 'She was English. She was older than me. It was in Gloucestershire.' And they were like: 'Ah, it’s Elizabeth.' It was absurd. It was ridiculous."
She also said: "It was like saying: 'He’s great-looking. He’s American.' Oh, it’s Andy Cohen." adding that she's "never met" the prince "in [her] life."
It comes just a year after a woman named Sasha Walpole came forward as the mystery woman in an exclusive interview with The Sun.
The now 40-year-old disclosed her identity, telling the outlet that the intimate affair happened between them when Harry was only 16 and she would have been approximately 18.
Walpole described the encounter as a "wham-bam between two friends," saying: "The sex was passionate and sparky because we shouldn’t have been doing it. One thing just quickly led to another. We ended up on the floor."
And she added that the pair were incredibly drunk when it happened, while Harry's security team searched for him.
"But we were both drunk. It wouldn’t have happened if we weren’t," she recalled "It was just a moment of passion - spontaneous, wild, exciting. Obviously, I must have fancied him on some level, as he was sparky and up for a laugh."
Harry has neither confirmed nor denied the recollection of events.
