Jason Derulo has celebrated hitting number one by spending over $100,000 on buying everyone at a restaurant drinks.
The extravagant gesture was made after 'Savage Love (Laxed - Siren Beat)' hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 last week.
Watch the official video for 'Savage Love' below:The laid-back track from Derulo, BTS, and New Zealand producer Jawsh 685 has been around for some time now, and the instrumental 'Laxed - Siren Beat' was posted to YouTube in 2019.
Afterward, Jawsh 685 signed to Columbia Records, who later released it as an official single in April 2020.
The version of the song featuring Derulo was later released in June before the BTS remix was unleashed this month, BuzzFeed reports.
The song's hit status should come as no surprise after BTS teased its release on TikTok by taking part in a popular dance challenge with Derulo and Jawsh 685 prior to its release.
At the time of writing, the TikTok has been viewed over 44 million times and received almost eight million likes.

Derulo back more than a few pretty pennies and he later took to Instagram to reveal the bill which came to an eye-watering $112,742.
The success of the song has made it Derulo's second number one hit after 'Whatcha Say' back in 2009.
This substantial gap between the two hits is the second-longest time in between a male artist's number ones since Dr. Dre's appearance on Eminem's 'Crack a Bottle,' which was also released in 2009.
The song is also the second number one for BTS too, having achieved the top spot with 'Dynamite' back in August.

Naturally, Derulo's girlfriend was also in attendance to give him a much-deserved celebratory kiss!
