Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have reportedly parted ways.
The 41-year-old SKIMS founder and her 28-year-old comedian beau - who met on the set of Saturday Night Live last fall - reportedly ended their relationship due to their hectic work schedules and the long distance between them.
Davidson has been spending his summer in Australia filming the movie Wizards!, while Kardashian is raising the four children she shares with rapper Kanye West.
"They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship," the source revealed to E! News.
The couple first shared an on-screen kiss on SNL and the reality TV star later recalled the moment on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast with host Amanda Hirsch and said that she felt a "little zing" after locking lips with him.
"I was just like, 'Hmm,' and then I was like, 'Wow, I really haven't kissed anyone else in 10 years, so maybe I'm just like being stupid and it's just nothing and it's just a stage kiss,'" she added.
The duo then made headlines when they were seen holding hands on a rollercoaster at Knott's Scary Farm in Buena Park, California, in October 2021.
They then made a high-profile appearance together at a string of events, including the White House correspondents' dinner in April and the Met Gala in May.
While users reacted to the news of their breakup on social media, many were more concerned with how Davidson will remove the tattoos he got of Kardashian and her children, including one with their initials that read, "KNSCP".
One user wrote: "Pete Davidson, after realizing he got Kim Kardashian and her kids' initials tattooed on his body for no reason."
Journalist Jodi Guglielmi commented: "Pete Davidson’s tattoo removal guy just put a down payment on another boat."
A third user said: "Pete Davidson realizing he has to get tattoo coverups over another failed relationship."
A fourth user wrote: "So now Pete Davidson is stuck with tattoos of kids(that are not even his) from a relationship that didn’t even make a year! eh."
The actor has a second tattoo that reads "My Girl Is A Lawyer," a third one which is a branding on his neck that says "Kim," and a fourth tattoo that says "Jasmine and Aladdin" - which is a tribute to the day they met on the Disney-themed SNL skit.
"Yeah, he has a few tattoos, a few cute ones that he got," the business mogul said on the Ellen DeGeneres show. "But the 'Kim' one isn’t a tattoo, it’s actually a branding because he wanted to do something that was really different."
Kardashian and Davidson's relationship marked the first for The Kardashians star after her split from the 45-year-old rapper. Together the pair share daughters North, nine, and Chicago, four, as well as sons Saint, six, and Psalm, three.
The mom of four filed for divorce - which is not finalized - from the Flashing Lights rapper in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
