Larsa Pippen has revealed that she's "traumatized" by Michael Jordan's comment about her relationship with his son, Marcus Jordan.

Last week, the NBA legend was seen leaving dinner at a restaurant in Paris where he told reporters what he thought about his son dating the ex-wife of his former teammate Scottie Pippen, who he had a notorious rivalry with outside of the court.

When asked by a TMZ representative whether or not he approved of the relationship, he replied with "no" and did not choose to elaborate on the matter when pressed further.

Speaking about the incident on a recent episode of their podcast, 'Separation Anxiety', Marcus, 32, and Larsa, 48, opened up about their feelings towards the retired Chicago Bulls star's comments.

"At first, he laughed, you know, kinda like how I laugh at a lot of the questions that we go through on this podcast," Marcus said. "He laughed, and then the reporter, I guess, asked again, and he let out an emphatic 'no,' and then shook his head again as he was walking to his car."

The 32-year-old revealed that his father had texted him about it, urging him not to take his remark the wrong way.

"But when the article came out, he texted me again and said he never said 'Hell no,' that’s not what the implications were," Marcus elaborated also adding, that his dad was in a "playful" mood.

"[So] I didn’t put too much weight on it," he added.

While the entrepreneur seemed to be fine about the fiasco, his girlfriend on the other hand expressed that she felt "embarrassed" by it, adding that it had "traumatized" her.

"You thought it was funny," she told her boyfriend. "I didn’t think it was funny. There is nothing funny about it."

"I kinda felt like it went everywhere and I was kind of embarrassed," she added.

She also opened up about the fact that the 60-year-old former basketballer's comments had more of an impact as people started accusing the Only Fans star of lying about gaining approval from both families.

"I think people started to think that online they were saying that I was lying — that I lied and said that our parents are fine because I was doing interviews and literally saying both of our families are fine," Larsa said.

"It probably is awkward for my ex and your dad because they have their own, like, relationship or whatever it was," she added, referring to the pair's off-court rivalry.

But the couple did emphasize that it did not affect their relationship, saying: "I wasn’t a part of that, you weren’t a part of that. So I feel like for them it probably is weird, it probably is weird for your dad. I can’t be mad. I understand."

Marcus also stressed that he is capable of making his own decisions when it comes to his love life without it impacting his relationship with his father.

"I can make my own decisions, he doesn’t need to approve who I date or my personal relationships. He’s gonna love me no matter what," he explained in the episode. "I think that’s what the takeaway was from the conversation, but of course no one sees that, they just see the headlines."

Marcus and Larsa have now been "Instagram official" for just over six months now, with the pair letting fans know they were seeing each other via a photo together.

"Checks over stripes," the model wrote in the caption of the post, referencing His Airness' longstanding relationship with Nike.

While fans didn't initially seem to be as supportive of the relationship, it has seemingly grown on them over time, with the pair sharing more and more moments of their lives together over the last few weeks.

'Separation Anxiety' is available to listen to right now.
