Danielle Bregoli, the girl who slurred "cash me ousside, how bou dah?" on Dr. Phil, has managed to parlay her internet fame into a successful career as an entertainer.
Under the name Bhad Bhabie, she released the single These Heaux, which landed on the Billboard Top 100, and has more than 80 million views on YouTube. That success scored her a deal with Atlantic Records, which released her debut mixtape, 15, featuring rising rap stars Lil Baby, YG and Lil Yachty.
Bregoli then signed a lucrative endorsement deal with Copycat Beauty, which reportedly drew more than half a million in sales on the first day. She also starred in a Snapchat Original reality show, Bringing Up Bhabie, which documents her daily life while building her musical career. The series reportedly generated over 10 million unique views in the first 24 hours.
Thanks to these different revenue streams, the teenager's yearly earnings will surpass $10 million, according to her representatives. Cynical, snarky strangers often mock Bregoli on the internet, but she's laughing all the way to the bank.
On her mixtape, Bhad Bhabie collaborated with Lil Yachty on the song Gucci Flip-Flops, which is about the devastating effects of human waste, as billions of tons of microplastics are left to rot in the natural environment, eventually making their way to the ocean, where they take decades to biodegrade, and end up in the stomachs of sea creatures, like turtles, fish, whales and plankton, killing them. Nah, just kidding. It's about shoes!
On Tuesday night, Bregoli celebrated her 16th birthday at the Ohm Nightclub in Hollywood - you know, like most teenagers. TMZ reporters 'cashed her outside,' and she revealed that Yachty gave her an astonishingly expensive gift: A gold 40K chain reading 'BHAD BHABIE.' (Ah, just like the one I got on my sweet 16!)
Apparently, after recording Gucci Flip-Flops, Yachty and Bregoli became close. On Instagram, he wrote her a brotherly birthday message: "I love u like u was my own blood. Of course ur not black but if u was I'm sure you'd be apart of my family.... although if you were, my mom probably would have beaten the nonsense out of you and u wouldn't be where you are now so successful and all that so maybe it's best we're just siblings by spirit."
It's 'cash me ousside' girl's world - we're just living in it!
