Liz Hurley has shared an Instagram video of her working out in a bikini during the coronavirus quarantine.

Dressed in a skimpy pink bikini, the 54-year-old showed off her age-defying body and flexibility to her 1.6 million followers as she got her workout on in the summer sun.

In the video, the model picks up two pink weights before stretching from side to side.

Looking into the camera lens, Hurley told her followers: "Every day, try and do a few arm exercises."

The 54-year-old let her long brown hair fall freely over her shoulders as she flexed.

She also used the video as an opportunity to promote her own swimwear range and captioned it: "#lockdown #eveningsun #birdsong @elizabethhurleybeach #kashmirbikini."

At the time of writing, the video has been viewed over 400K times, and people were quick to flood the comments section with praise for Hurley's incredible physique.

The 54-year-old is currently in the Cotswolds with her mom Angela, her aunt, and her son Damian.

Discussing what it's like to isolate with high risk loved ones, Hurley wrote on social media: "In these scary times I feel incredibly lucky to live in the countryside and have lots of outside space.''

"As well as my son, I have seven other people living with me including my 79-year-old mother and her sister- also in her late 70's- and one of my best friends who is in the highest risk group with severe respiratory problems. Keeping everyone as safe as possible (and fed) is a full-time job.''

"We all are full of the highest admiration for our wonderful NHS staff and are doing everything we can to not add to their burden."

This comes after Hurley hit the headlines in January after debuting a stunning New Year look and again in April when she posted a risqué topless Instagram snap during the coronavirus lockdown.
