MacKenzie Scott - the ex-wife of Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos - has announced another massive round of donations.

Following her divorce from Bezos, Scott is one of the world's richest women but has pledged to give away her billions. Since her last giving spree in June, she's donated a whopping $3.86 billion to 465 different nonprofit organizations, per a blog post she posted on Wednesday.

"Below is a list of gift recipients since my post in June, 465 non-profits converting $3,863,125,000 into meaningful services for others," she wrote, adding:

"Our team's focus over these last nine months has included some new areas, but as always our aim has been to support the needs of underrepresented people from groups of all kinds. The cause of equity has no sides."

A wide range of groups will be on the receiving end of Scott's donations, with money going towards education, housing, health, and Ukraine relief efforts. Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Planned Parenthood, and Habitat for Humanity will all receive funds, as will hundreds of other organizations.

In her blog post, Scott went on to say that it was important to her to invest in nonprofits led by people with experience in the issues they were addressing.

"The leadership of people directly experiencing inequities is essential, both because it is informed by insights no one else can contribute, and because it seeds power and opportunity within the community itself," she wrote, adding: "The leadership of people directly experiencing inequities is essential, both because it is informed by insights no one else can contribute, and because it seeds power and opportunity within the community itself."

Scott's latest round of giving means that she has donated a grand total of $12.5 billion since May 2019, when she signed the Giving Pledge and committed to giving away the majority of her wealth throughout her lifetime. This money has been spread between 1,257 different individual donations.

According to Insider, Scott received a 4% stake in Amazon when she divorced Bezos in 2019. While this was worth around $38 billion at the time, Forbes reports that her current net worth is somewhere in the region of $48.9 billion
