Megan Fox has a message for the trolls who keep criticizing her "weird" thumbs.

The 37-year-old actress - who shot to fame after appearing in movies like Transformers and Jennifer's Body - is widely regarded as a sex symbol, but that hasn't stopped people from commenting on her unique digits.

Last May, Fox discussed the reaction to what fans often have dubbed her "toe thumbs" during an interview with Sports Illustrated, which also featured fellow celebrities like Martha Stewart and Kim Petras on the cover.

During this interview, Fox revealed that her smaller-than-average thumbs are actually a variation of brachydactyly or a clubbed thumb.

"I don't know why people are so fascinated by my thumbs," she told the outlet. "Like, I never thought that was a weird thing or an embarrassing thing. They're just kind of short. Is it really that crazy?"

Over the years, Fox's thumbs have been a hot topic of conversation, with people taking to social media to comment on them. One person wrote on Twitter: "Megan fox was sexy as hell in transformers……then ppl said google her thumbs [...] what's wrong with u ppl [...]."

Someone else added: "Megan Fox has weird thumbs prove me wrong."

Another commented: "I don't know what this is supposed to mean, but I just wasted 10 minutes looking at pictures of Megan Fox's thumbs thanks to Erik's comment.. she's ruined for me now.. ruined I tell you."

Others have stepped in to defend the actress, like this person who wrote: "like sorry one of the hottest women to walk god's green earth has slightly misshapen thumbs that make you want to vomit, can we see a picture of you?"

Though, she was quick to assure everyone that it didn't really bother her, stating: "I'm not embarrassed." In fact, she's embraced her uniqueness, telling Sports Illustrated that some spiritual practices have given it a name.

"It's also known in palmistry as a 'murderer's thumb.' Because they say the shorter this area from the knuckle to the tip of the finger is - especially the thumb - correlates to how short your temper is," she says, revealing that this isn't necessarily correct in her situation: "It takes a lot to get me to lose my temper," she said. "A lot."

The mother-of-three added: "I have crazy patience, but when you do push me over the edge, you're on demon time, and you better run for your life. It's scary as F**k."

Well, it appears the thumb trolls shouldn't cross Fox!
