Rihanna received the highest of all honors at this year's Met Gala as she was memorialized in a marble statue.

The 34-year-old beauty mogul wasn't present at this year's fashion event as she is expecting her first child with her 33-year-old boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

However, the hitmaker was surprised by a towering pregnant statue of her that is displayed at the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art. The museum is home to renowned paintings, costumes, historical artifacts, and sculptures.

The statue is of her showing off her baby bump on the May 2022 Vogue magazine cover.

Vogue shared a video of the statue with the caption: "The statue of 'Eirene (The Personification of Peace)' is usually the highest-profile marble goddess @themetmuseum Greco-Roman galleries. But now we’ve got @badgalriri, straight off this month’s Vogue cover."

The 'Umbrella' star also shared the video and expressed her gratitude in the caption: "Shut down the met in marble! what’s more gilded than that? Lol! Thank you @metmuseum and @voguemagazine for this historic tribute! y’all bad for this one!"

Users online reacted to the statue and some even joked that it won "best dressed" at the Met Gala this year.

One user wrote: "Your marble statue just won best dressed of the night."

Another tweeted: "Rihanna’s marble statue at the met gala… she truly is the QUEEN of the met."

A third said: "Rihanna's statue is more iconic than the whole event."

The Fenty Beauty founder's pregnant statue post currently has over 7 million views and over 2 million likes. She also received positive replies on her Instagram comment section from peers in the fashion industry.

British fashion illustrator and designer Hayden Williams wrote: "Wasn't even in attendance & still made an impact! This is so cool."

British model Leomie Anderson commented: "That Rihanna reign just won’t let up."

During her Vogue interview, the musician spoke about trying to balance her personal life and busy career.

"Balance is one of my biggest challenges and always has been. And now there’s another human being coming into play, it changes what that means again," she said. "Still, I have businesses that aren’t going to run themselves. My mom handled the three of us with not even close to the amount of resources that I have, so I can absolutely do it."
