Miley Cyrus has opened up about her eight-month marriage with ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.
The 30-year-old superstar has launched a TikTok video series titled 'Used To Be Young' - which is the name of her latest single from her forthcoming album.
The Hannah Montana alum has taken the time to reflect on the trials and tribulations of her past, as well as her successful moments. From addressing her infamous scandals to her sexuality, Cyrus did not hold back.
On September 6, the 'Party in the USA' singer finally spoke about her divorce from the Hunger Games star, whom she dated on and off for almost 10 years before being married for less than a year.

Cyrus shared that while her and Hemsworth's initial commitment to being married "came from… a place of love," it also came from a place of "trauma" after the November 2018 California wildfires destroyed their home.
"Me and Liam’s commitment to being married, of course, came from a place of love first because we had been together for 10 years, but also from a place of trauma and just trying to rebuild as quickly as we could," the singer-songwriter said.
It was that day that the 'Midnight Sky' artist was set to take the stage that she realized that their dynamic "was no longer going to work in [her] life."
Cyrus also revealed that since then, she has begun to prioritize her needs as a human being above all else. "That was another moment where the work, the performance, the character came first," she continued.
"I guess that’s why it’s now so important to me for that not to be the case - that the human comes first," she added.
The couple famously met and fell in love on the set of The Last Song in 2009. In another video in the series, Cyrus recalled the undeniable chemistry between her and the Australian actor when they first got introduced.
Hemsworth was one of the three finalists auditioning to play the singer's on-screen boyfriend, and it wasn’t long until he swept her off her feet after landing the role.
"I think one of the elements that made that movie feel so special was it was watching two very young people fall in love with each other, which was happening in real time and real life," she gushed. "So, the chemistry was undeniable and that was the beginning of a long, 10-year relationship."
The Nicholas Sparks adaptation was released in 2010 and portrayed the duo's love story on the big screen. After they finished filming, Cyrus and Hemsworth began dating between 2009 and 2013 and were also engaged for a while.
The couple broke up briefly and got back together in 2016. They then eventually tied the knot among family and friends in an intimate ceremony back in December 2018.
However, the Dressmaker star filed for divorce in August 2019 - several months after Cyrus' Glastonbury performance - and the former couple eventually reached an official settlement in early 2020.
