Fans have been left shocked after My Name is Earl star Ethan Suplee's continues to show off his incredible physical transformation on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the 48-year-old actor has become accustomed to sharing remarkable before-and-after comparions - giving his 655,000 followers a glimpse of just how much he has changed over the years.
In one post, Suplee shares a snap from years ago, looking as many of us may remember him in the hit TV show - wearing a large shirt with a sweater vest on top. However, sliding across, fans can see just how much hard work the actor has put into his health and physical wellbeing.
Suplee was dressed in a body-fitting T-shirt which gave more definition to the muscles on his arms as well as his chest.
In the caption, the star had some strong words of advice for his fans writing: "Once upon a time, the whole world was an impossibility. Conquering all of it is still impossible, so I’m just concentrating on today.
"If today becomes too much, I will focus on right now," he continued. "Right now, I’m ok, I will beat right now."
Since it was published, the post has garnered over 83,000 likes, with thousands also taking to the comment section to commend Suplee.
"THIS! Great message and thank you for reminding all of us," wrote one user, with a second adding: "You’re a legend man…thanks for always inspiring us."
A third described the advice as "solid" before also writing: "Eye-opening actually, starting my day right."
The 48-year-old has been extremely open about his weight loss journey over the past few years.
In another transformation post, Suplee opened up about the "two perspectives" mantra that he lives by which has helped him shift his mindset towards achieving his goals.
After giving a few examples about the importance of this shift, he states: "Everything I perceive is real and absolute" and then gives the option "I can change my mind about anything."

Not only has his mindset been an important aspect of his transformation, but the My Name is Earl alum also credited his wife, Brandy Lewis, as another inspiration behind his journey.
Speaking to PEOPLE in 2022, he revealed that his life changed a year after he met Lewis, in 2002 when he decided to stop binge eating and go sober.
"I became, for the first time in my life, kind of interested in the future and having experiences with her. Like spending a day walking around a museum or going on a trip or hiking that I just wasn’t physically able to do," he told the publication.
"For the very first time, I wasn’t getting a deep concern from somebody about my health and I felt totally accepted for who I was versus what I looked like. That, I think, was kind of the bedrock that I was successful with my goals at," he added.
At his heaviest, Suplee was forced to use industrial-sized scales to weigh himself, but after putting in some hard work and determination, he managed to shred a massive 250 lbs.
Suplee also said that he discovered his happiness seemingly came from "achieving goals" rather than just the act of losing weight.
"I cannot say that actually losing weight has made me happier. I don’t think that’s true," he continued. "I just think that achieving something I set out to achieve has given me this volume of happiness that is pretty great."
And Suplee has continued sharing his transformation and fitness journey - and continuing to help inspire others with their own battles.
"I love that you are using your voice to share your experience and inspire and educate others! You never know who you might help," one Instagram user commented.
"You make me believe it is possible," another added.
