Kodak Black is one of the four people that have been shot outside a restaurant/club in Hollywood on Saturday, February 12, according to officials.
Per NBC News, the 24-year-old Florida rapper and three others were shot; two were taken by ambulance, and two self-transported to a hospital, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Aside from the rapper, three others were shot, including two men ages 19 and 60. Police officials have said that all four are in a stable condition.
Paramedics took two of the victims to the hospital and police later found that two additional victims had taken themselves to local hospitals; all are listed as stable, police said in a statement.
It's not yet clear what sparked the fight outside the club, however, an LAPD spokesman said the victims were shot when they emerged from the club during the fight.
The LAPD said in a statement on Saturday they are searching for a black male suspect who fled south from the location.
KNBC reporter Robert Kovacik initially said the fight took place outside of an Italian restaurant called Nice Guy. The restaurant's owner John Terzian has since confirmed that Justin Bieber was hosting an after-party inside the restaurant on the night of the shooting.
According to footage of the shooting obtained by TMZ, Kodak Black - whose real name is Bill Kapri - was leaving the restaurant with an entourage that included rapper Gunna. In the footage, they paused to pose for photos with fans.
Other party attendees reportedly included Leonardo DiCaprio, Drake, Tobey Maguire, Kendall Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian, TMZ reported.
Surrounded by over a dozen paparazzi, a fistfight then took place before it was interrupted by approximately 10 gunshots. Bystanders were seen fleeing the scene soon after.
On Twitter, DJ Akademiks wrote: "Kodak Black was one of those people who was shot in West Hollywood last night. Pray for him."
Bieber's invite-only concert on Friday was the first of two nights of a Super Bowl-week party dubbed “Homecoming Weekend."
The shooting came hours after Bieber had performed in WeHo at the Pacific Design Center. The star performed a 45-minute set as the evening’s headliner.
The crowd included Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend TV host Lauren Sánchez, Hamilton actor Anthony Ramos, and NFL Hall-of-Famer Tony Gonzalez.
