Sarah Michelle Gellar has delighted her fans who are stuck in quarantine by posting a hilarious Buffy the Vampire Slayer thirst trap.
Posting a scene of her iconic character guzzling milk, she asked her three million followers if she was doing it right.
"This is what all the cool kids have been posting on Instagram right? #ThirstTrap#tbt " she teased.
Gellar shared this highly relatable tip for doing cardio in quarantine:Now, in case your memory needs refreshing, the original shot was taken from episode two of season 4 when Buffy falls out with Kathy Newman, her evil college roommate.
Buffy decides to get revenge on Kathy by gulping her milk after moving to her dorm at UC Sunnydale. Viewers of the hit series then discover that Kathy has been sapping away at Buffy's soul at night, so all things considered, this act of roommate revenge seems pretty justified.
But this is not the first time that the 43-year-old has taken a trip down memory lane to keep her fans entertained in quarantine.
Back in April, she shared a snap of her Buffy character rocking super short bangs and joked: "How some of y'alls quarantine haircuts are looking."
She captioned the snap: "What’s funny is, I was just contemplating an at-home haircut #quarantine #quarancut (thank you @tony.monclova for this ) #throwbackthursday"
The actress is currently self-isolating with her husband Freddie Prinze Jr and their two kids Charlotte, ten, and Rocky seven.
However, despite meeting on the set of I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997 and marrying five years later, per the Mirror, Gellar recently shared the story of how they almost never got together.
"[Twenty] years ago this week, my friend @realfreddieprinze and I were supposed to have dinner with a mutual friend from out of town.
"That friend missed her flight, but we decided to still meet and catch up. Now 20 years together, 17 plus married and two kids, we still go to that restaurant for dinner. So thank you @sloaney77 for not showing up for dinner," Sarah joked.
