But the 27-year-old YouTuber wasn't the only person walking away with a win.
It was "Iron" Mike's first professional boxing match in 19 years, and there was the hope that he may knock out an annoying YouTuber - so it's really no surprise that the event became the biggest American boxing night outside of Las Vegas.
With an estimated 70,000+ pouring into the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and a further 60 million households around the world tuning in on Netflix, there were plenty of eyes on the screen.
And for the ring girls, that meant exposure.
Now, one of the ladies has spoken out about her experience being in the ring with Tyson, as her social media pages have exploded with followers.
Sydney Thomas - who will turn 21 later this month - found her moment in the spotlight as she captured viewers' attention with her stunning presence.
Her Instagram followers skyrocketed overnight, jumping from 236,000 to over 555,000 thanks to her viral fame. In fact, according to social media tracking tool Social Blade, Thomas' Instagram followers has jumped up by more than 365,730 since Friday's fight.
Sharing a photo of her time in the ring, she wrote on her page: "Getting the opportunity to step into the ring with Mike Tyson and Jake Paul for such a historic fight is something I never imagined I’d be able to say.
"Words can’t describe this moment or how grateful I am to be part of such an amazing team at Most Valuable Promotions. History was made, and I’m truly honored to have been a part of it.”
She even celebrated her newfound fame on TikTok with a post-fight reel, waking up to discover she was trending: “Waking up to see I’m trending for the Tyson v Paul fight... I’m happy you guys enjoyed the broadcast,” she shared.

Per News.com.au, Thomas has also been answering the burning questions fans have wanted to know.
One of the most frequent questions she's been asked is how she became a ring girl for the biggest fight of the century in the first place.
"I was found through social media," she said. "I did my first fight in Puerto Rico a month ago and Paul x Tyson was my second time in the ring!"

Thomas also revealed that she is studying management with a focus in entrepreneurship at the University of Alabama, where she does all her classes online as she plans on finishing a year early.
The bombshell also shared her favorite part of Friday night, adding: "Being in the ring with Mike Tyson for sure. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. He’s such a legend."
Something tells me we're going to be seeing a lot more of Thomas in the near future!
