You know, being stuck inside doesn't mean you have to be stuck in a rut, and exercise is now more important than ever. If you're looking for a way to keep fit, then trying out some gymnastics moves could be a good way to work up a sweat and stay toned during quarantine, and if you're looking for inspiration, then you could do a lot worse than Simone Biles.

This week, the 23-year-old Olympic gymnast took to social media to share an awesome video showcasing her incredible strength, balance, and endurance, after filming herself taking her sweatpants off with her feet in an awesome handstand challenge.

Take a look at the awesome video of Simone below:

The video in question, which was shared on Instagram and on Twitter, shows Simone standing upside-down, and slowly managing to peel off her tracksuit pants with her legs alone, without toppling over. The video has now managed to rack up more than 12.1 million views, as well as 309,000 likes and 35,000 retweets.

However, Simone has recently taken to her various social media accounts to address some of the body-shaming she's been subjected to by online trolls.

In a lengthy statement, Simone wrote: "In gymnastics, as in many other professions, there is a growing competition that has nothing to do with performance itself. I’m talking about beauty. I don’t know why, but others feel as though they can define your own beauty based on their standards."

She continued: "I’ve learned to put on a strong front and let most of it slide. But I’d be lying if I told you that what people say about my arms, my legs, my body … of how I look like in a dress, leotard, bathing suit or even in casual pants hasn’t gotten me down at times."

She added: "As I think about it, I don’t have to look very far to see how common this judgment has become. I’m tired of everything in life being turned into a competition, so I am standing up for myself and for everyone else that has gone through the same."
